Completely SCAMMED me out of R2,200 . Call them to repair a tumble dryer, said it was done and had to make an "immediate payment" but was told not to switch it on for 24 hours and the elements needed to dry? .... Dryer never worked period! they said they would come and collect and repair.... never turned up and have since not responded to an messages/calls. They are quick to respond to "call outs" take the money and disappear. All these guys care about is getting the job done, and getting their money. I waited 3 days for them to come back to correctly complete a thermostat replacement that they didn't even test first time around. Stay away.

If I could give this guy negative 5 stars, I would. He comes promptly, fixes promptly, the quote seems a bit high but you're desperate because it's the middle of summer and your fridge/freezer is not working so you accept the quote. Then upon further investigation after Riedwaan has left, you find out that he charged you R1950 for a piece of wiring that retails at R200 - R500!! He did not respond to my email request for a refund. Please do not use this guy, he is indeed a con artist as was stated before!!!

If I could give this guy negative 5 stars, I would. He comes promptly, fixes promptly, the quote seems a bit high but you're desperate because it's the middle of summer and your fridge/freezer is not working so you accept the quote. Then upon further investigation after Riedwaan has left, you find out that he charged you R1950 for a piece of wiring that retails at R200 - R500!! He did not respond to my email request for a refund. Please do not use this guy, he is indeed a con artist as was stated before!!!

Riedwaan and his team were swift with their response. From making a booking to them actually being at my residence took less than an hour. They repaired my DISHWASHER and TUMBLE DRYER in less than 30 mins. Thank you riedwaan and team!

Riedwaan came to "repair" my parents fridge a week ago. They are in theirs 80s and state pensioners. He phoned me while he was at their place, and informed me that he had repaired the fridge, and insisted that I pay him R1,450 via instant EFT before he left the premises. The fridge hadn't been left running for long enough yet to see if it indeed was fixed and getting cold. I expressed my concern about this, and he said he insists on payment on site, and he always does follow up checks the following day. He also mentioned that all his work carries an 8-month guarantee. So I paid him the R1,450 on behalf of my parents. Well, the fridge had not been repaired. it never ever got cold! Despite many many phonecalls and WhatsApps to Riedwaan over the past 6 days, to this day he has not returned to fix the fridge, despite several empty promises to do so. Bottom line - he robbed 2 elderly people of R1450. Do not ever use him to repair your appliances! You'll risk getting caught like we did, by a person who has absolutely no morals or business ethics.

<div>Riedwaan Andrews and his team are the most unprofessional tradesmen that I have ever worked with. I have been an architect for the past 12 years and have seen shocking workmanship in the building industry. This was by far the worst. Initially they responded quickly to the call-out. But insisted immediate payment even though they still had to fix a part the following day. After that Riedwaan wrote ***ually inappropriate messages to me. It was very awkward. But I wanted them to just fix the job and leave. But the machine kept tripping the power after they replaced the w/m pump. They came back to fix it, but still didn't work afterwards. After weeks of of trying to get them back to fix it, they took it to the workshop and gave me a loan machine. When they were ready to deliver my machine, they could not stick to a promised set time. It was very frustrating. One empty promise after another. They wanted to even deliver the machine at 9:30pm and Riedwaan lost his temper when I said that was not convenient. He would get angry and send unprofessional voice texts. Never once kept to the time we agreed. When they finally delivered my machine, it had black rubber marks all over, the cover was damaged, the drain pipe bent is several places and the plug cut off and replaced with a different one with the earth wire cut and the insulation broken. Wires exposed. The machine gave me an electric shock when I touched it. They said they would replace the broken parts or give me a full refund. Now I am still waiting. The first call out was on 25 Nov 2021. It is now 6 Jan 2022. I am still waiting. He is just ignoring my requests. Shocking!</div>
