Utterly frustrating!!! I have been struggling for 4 days to cancel my insurance. I am selling my car and don't need insurance for July but now the premium has gone off and I still have not been able to cancel my insurance policy. To sign up takes 10 minutes, but to cancel 4-5 days. Revise your business model!
Got an offer for my new insurance policy that is being increased from R400 to R470 per month. THAT'S 17,5% INCREASE!!! I emailed and said I was not going ahead with the increase and still Budget went ahead! Ridiculous! I will not be using them anymore AT ALL !

I have been querying since the 1st of June to be assisted with my cancellation on the internet services as I have not been helped in the month of June. RSAWEB and Frogfoot noted outages (NO REFUNDS OFFERED), the blame game started, and the finger-pointing. I had to call Frogfoot just to hear they have NOTHING to do with the service or outages and I should contact RSAWEB. This is what I have done for the past month with no results. In the end, I was in contact with Tyrone, who then told me my service would only end on the 31st of July meaning I have to pay another month for internet that I can't and won't use minus a discount of 5%. I have since moved out of the place but RSAWEB deducted the money for internet for the month of July already. I paid for the internet in June (which was so sh#t) and now I have to pay for July because no one did their job. I post my ticket number again, as I opened it on the 1st of June and was only assisted on the 5th of June. RSAWEB | [RSA#2142211] - Ticket Opened. RSAWEB, please take the month of July's money minus that from whatever penalties that has to be calculated and send me that bill. I will not be recommending RSAWEB to anyone! I just want to be assisted and I am done. You will never hear from me again!
I have been beyond frustrated with endless outages of my internet. Paying for DL30MB/UL3MB but getting DL1,86MB/UL3,23. I have been complaining since the 1st of June and NO ONE has even tried to assist me. I want a refund for the time I have not been able to have internet!!! You have made me lose money due to the poorest of poor customer service and technical support!
Best decision I've made to study online. Affordable and accommodating. Don't hesitate to contact them if you need help. Best service I could have asked for!
