I received a sms from Vodacom saying that I have been awarded 12 months free mobile Prime Video membership and 3 gig streaming data per month and to accept this offer I have to do is sms PVME to 31118 to receive a link. I have smsd 4 times already and received no link. This is so disappointing from South Africa's "leading network" There is no work around there is nothing on any website that speaks of this promotion, it seems like it wasn't well thought out. is it even true? my offer expires tomorrow according to the sms, I do accept it so I hope vodacom can get back to me unless of course this is just false advertising, I am not a lawyer but I do know that false advertising is *******. This is beyond poor Vodacom
I'm totally disgusted and feel violated by your staff at Pic n Pay at Diepkloof square . I walked in looking for a box of chocolate for my wife for valentines day tommorow and after spending less than 5min walking around not finding what I was looking for I got stopped at the door by security. Apparently Fario (the name I was given) was sitting at the back and I assume he saw me ***** something because the security rubbed against my ***** since the pants I am wearing have no pockets. First of all that Pic n pay has the worst customer service of all time. We spend more time in a que than we do actually shopping, there is also birds flying around inside ****ing on food, surely that is against health and safety violations but you guys have reached the bottom of the barrel now with regards to doing as you please. What I would like to know is what warrants a person to be search and felt up, I atleast deserve that explanation from pic n pay or that particular security guard because I can't help but wonder how manu times men and women get felt up and harassed for absolutely no reason. PLEASE STOP THIS ABUSE OF POWER. Surely this is against your consumer protection act
I made a PayPal withdrawal on the 20th of February. Usually it takes a maximum of 3 working days before it reflects into my account. I have been enquiring since Monday the 27th of February. I lodged a query on the app and even emailed. I got a reference number and got told I'll be contacted shortly... It's been over the 24-48 hour time that I was told I'd be contacted in. I stipulated in my communication to FNB how important that money is for us to just live. I had to make a means and borrow money because I have bills too. Instead of being helped, a debit order goes off, for their phone contracted which I was basically forced to take. I need answers FNB. You are a financial institution that we entrust with our money and lively hood... Please fix this ridiculous incompetence
I can't even begin to describe how terrible (at best) my experience with rain has been. Your network is off regularly and with no communication whatsoever. The only time I get a response is through the hello Peter page. I can't tolerate this anymore, can someone please help me cancel my subscription with rain immediately. I DON'T EVER WANT TO SEE A DEBIT ORDER FROM RAIN EVER AGAIN. I feel like it's a continuous rip off, I have been paying a month in advance so it should be paid up until the end of this month. We can have an arrangement made for the rooter to be picked up anytime really because it hasn't been working for a few days.
Every other day is the same story, no network. When will this nightmare and rip off end? Please don't tell me about loadshedding, I don't have a back up or generator so my router is only on when my electricity is not being shed by loadshedding. The last response was about how rain is not responsible liable for the network not working during loadshedding. No guys your network is just terrible. Please fix it, we haven't had wifi for almost 2days in Diepkloof. It's unacceptable because the money for the service gets deducted by you guys with no hassle or delays. Do better and stop replying anonymously to make it seem like the matter has been resolved when in actual fact there's nothing at all being done about it. People should really not ever subscribe to your services because the incompetence is shocking at best
Hello Peter is the only way to get a response from the company. I have been emailing and sending messages through the app and not once have I received a response. The internet is down again and it's very unstable. The last time I wrote to you on Hello Peter I was given some instructions to configure my router, which were extremely useless. I still maintain that we need to be reimbursed or compensated for this so called service that doesn't get delivered and at times we go days without any internet. Loadshedding makes things worse because I only enjoy my internet less than half of the month. Please pay back the money that you're making me pay when you're not rendering a service and stop taking money for not doing anything that's surely not legal
We haven't had internet in Diepkloof zone 4 for the passed 2 days... We didn't have any internet either for the first week of December. I am paying for a service which I am receiving very little of. Surely this is illegal at best. The customer service from rain is bottom of the barrel, no emails get responded too, not even if you contact them via their app. All you get is a ticket number and no service at all. The monthly debit orders are on time though and the only way we can get through to them is through Hello Peter. People deserve to get reimbursed for this non existant service that we pay for
I was at the Shell station in Aeroton this morning at about 8:45 and the station was full so I drove around and waited by the tank parallel to the main road (In a red Picanto) . As I was waiting I was asked to move because a truck needed to get through qnd while this discussion was happening another car quickly drove into the spot/tank I was waiting for. I kindly explained to the gentleman who took my spot and he couldn't care less so I looked to the petrol attendance who were right there as all this was happening infact one of them was sitting around loitering. They simply acted as if they didn't see anything or what had just transpired. I am not sure if there is any training provided for staff members at your establishment but the customer service is appalling at best. Consumers/customers shouldn't feel like feaces at a place where they come to spend their hard earned money for a service that I could literally do myself. Employees apply to work there and we the customers shouldn't be made to feel bad because they may no longer be happy with their employer if that's not the case then Shell should really consider taking their employees for training on the basics manners and service delivery. The unemployment rate is at its highest and there are literally millions of people who want and could probably do a better job so please stop employing staff members who are under the impression that they are doing everyone a favour. I hope this issue gets attended too promptly as it is unnecessary for any human to be made to feel like rubish unprovoked. It's disgusting, management can surely do way better
I would like to publicly thank mr Mathebula and Nomsa Mathebula for the way they swiftly handled a problem which I reported with one of their petrol attendants. I was particularly impressed with how they followed up on the matter and the concern that they expressed. It is clear to me that customer satisfaction is a priority to them and may they please keep up the outstanding work.
On Saturday the 8th of January, at about 18:00 I stopped by to get petrol at the N3 truck stop Engine garage just off Leondale and Katlehong. I asked the lady to pour petrol and the amount. While pouring she was distracted by having a fat chat with her colleague which lead to her pouring more than I had requested. I unfortunately only had the exact amount of money for the Petrol I had requested and thats when she lashed out demanding that I have to come back and pay (for her mistake). I was initially willing because of Ubuntu but the way she went on, it was as if she was entitled and didn't even want to hear anything I had to say. Calling her rude would be an understatement, I have never in my life, been made to feel like such a criminal. I felt maliciously attacked. What makes this worse is that I actually don't have the money that she was forcing me to pay as I am unemployed and with the unemployment rate at its highest. I was shocked at how much that lady doesn't appreciate her job. Please engine, I would rather have a system where I pour the Petrol myself (I honestly don't mind) because I can't be treated like dirt for a service that I am paying for. I have never in my entire life, met anyone so obnoxious. When she was done treating me like feces she walked away and I just drove off having made to feel like less than nothing. I didn't even take a look at her name tag,but I pour Petrol there all the time and I could easily identify her. Please train your employees to be a little bit more professional because the immaturity shown by that lady, just shows the level of respect she has for the firm and that is none whatsoever.
