I have been trying to claim a refund for my Kulula flight since 14 June with zero progress. No one at FNB is able to help me. I've tried the Secure App chat, I've tried my branch and I've tried emailing FNB directly with zero assistance at all. This is not how you treat a customer.
I’ve been trying for almost 10 days to get my international spend limit increased with zero luck. And I keep getting notifications that if my limit is reached my cards will be blocked. Not sure how one is supposed to run a business using FNB business banking with service like this. The new business development manage at the branch hasn’t returned my calls in days nor replied to my text messages. Terrible service. Considering moving all my business accounts and personal accounts elsewhere.
We contracted with Cosher Recording Studios to help us record voice overs for a marketing video and Jake and Tanner were extremely accommodating. I made an error on the script and the guys were very helpful in getting the voice over artist back in the studio and helping me resolve the issue. Very impressed with their customer centric approach and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
Since I bought SpamDoctor, I barely get spammed. So relieved I don’t get harassed anymore while I'm working. I would highly recommend taking out the subscription!
My friends and I have the pleasure and displeasure of eating at Nelson's Eye the other evening. I must say the food there is outstanding but the service was less than impressive. Our waitress was awful on so many levels. She was rude , abrupt and demanding which kinda made us feel like we were missing out on the best part of going to a restaurant: to be rude, abrupt and demanding with the waitress! This role reversal was not lekker. To top it off, I'm pretty certain she was on drugs. Not that I have a problem with that, it's more that she didn't offer us any. To end the night, she also tried to add around 20% to our bill for her "outstanding" service and then tried to cover up her deceit with a claim that her calculator was new and she was still becoming accustomed to how it worked. I was not aware of such innovations in the calculator market. I have since decided to sell all my Bitcoins and invest in calculators! Great food though and would recommend eating there if you can avoid sitting at the back upstairs;)

Hi, I took out a policy for my vehcile with you guys two weeks ago. The policy is supposed to begin on the 1st of April. Since then I have found a cheaper insurer and have decided to go with them. I have been trying for the past weeks to cancel the impending policy with you guys without any luck. Please can someone look into this urgently so that I don't get debited both by you and my new insurer. Thanks
