Casuarina wellness spa- is a ****. They take money only through wikideals and don't care after you pay. Wikideals pls refund me for the horrible service at Casuarina wellness center. Look below and read all these reviews. Casuarina wellness center needs to shut down. The lady at reception need psychological attention and help. She is going through a lot and taking her frustrations out on customers. Fix this mess urgently........refund me pls
Do not book here on valentines or birthday.......you will sure be disappointed and have your day spoiled. Rude receptionist, the****** on phones all the time. Heigine is not a priority here....they serve on uncovered glasses. **** advertising because you don't receive the full package advertised. They do not provide customer service or any kind of stress relief infact they cause stress ......book at your own risk.
Disgusting service and treatment from the receptionist. I book the moonlight experience only to receive horrible experience. The rude and impolite welcome from reception...massaging ladies were on their phones the whole 3hours. Receptionist refused us to use the sonar because we were 7min late, Also my take is because we are black ......im not sure, we didn't get a proper explanation. Floors are dirty.......I seriously would not recommend Any human being to go there, they should be close down
Cosmo city Mall messed up my order and delivered at the wrong postnet in Capetown. I am extremely disappointed with postnet and regret using this service.

What appalling service from pick n pay. I bought airtime and little did I know all BL vouchers don't work so I called the customer care line where I was transferred several times after 3of my calls where hung up by the agent. I doubt I will ever walk in a pick n pay ever again. The agent promised to have a manager call me back as there was no management on floor when I called in. I'm disgusted that such a big enterprise has such poor service. I would not advise anyone to purchase airtime at pick n pay because they are only interested in collecting money from you and really don't care about clients after you pay. I'm still waiting for Quinton Morrow to call back as the agent promised. I want a recording of my calls for the ombudsman

Firstly i called in to order pizza only to be recieved by a rude store manager who was very dispodant and not very helpful. He was rude and hung up the first time. I called in again and he never confirmed my address and said it reflected in the system. He then did not place the order to be dilivered to my address and when i called in to find out why it took 1hr:20min to get the pizza he then advised me that they are walking out of the store they are clossed. I cant find the ferndale managers address and the store manager Brian Ndlovu is giving this chain of stores a bad name. The owner of the store needs to know. Please give the the email add or forward my email on my behalf. Thank u</span></p>
