Xavier Seejiram called me with regards to the increased contribution on my hospital plan. He explained everything and was patient with all my questions. Well done Xavier.
Telkom is useless. Dont answer emails, telepone calls...being sent from pillar to post. Put them on Hellopeter...no response at all from them!
Telkom offered me a wireless device (R139 for 10 gig) and a Hisense cell phone with a monthly payment of R99! The cellphone contract offers: FreeMe 500MB, 2 GIG watsapp, 3000 minutes. Awesome offer but: **only calls between Telkom numbers are included (totally useless to me). **The 2Gig cannot be used for anything else than watsapp. **Cannot use the phone as a hotspot to connect other devices. Probably the cheapest phone on the market. The battery does not last long. My question is did the sales person disclose all this information when she called me? I cannot find any person who can assist me with that question. You call 10210 and hold on for ages only to find that person cannot assist you. They even tell you the sales people only want sales and probably do not tell you exactly what you are getting. Called 10213...no joy! Telkom has an email address for queries esccentre@telkom.co.za...you get an automated reply every time and no action.
We received a telephonic request on Sunday 28 January 2019 to provide a domestic cleaning service on a rental property to Natasha from One on One Real Estate Centurion, 267 Panorama Road, The Reeds. The appointment was for Monday 29 January 2019 at 8h00. We cleaned the property in question but has received no payment for the service 6 months later. She acknowledges the payment is still outstanding, but does not pay!

My son got married on 17 December 2016. Our first visit to Euro Suit Boksburg was quite pleasant and the assistant was helpful and friendly.

On our next visit we wanted to fit different sizes and colours of waistcoasts for one of the groomsmen. The assistant was helpful, but dissapeared later on and only emerged once we enquired about his whereabouts. It would appear that he went for lunch in the meantime.

The groom and the groomsmen went for a final fitting and collection on 15 December. Whilst ironing on the eve before the wedding, I had found that two pants were ripped and one of the ties and the suit jacket were not clean. When I phoned Euro Suit the next day, being the morning of the wedding, the assistant's response was: " Yes, I hear what your are saying, but the guys came for a final fitting on Thursday".

The guys had gone for a final fitting, but the outfits were supposed to be clean and neat!

My son paid R4700 for 5 outfits and it should have been ready to wear.

All the assistant could say was "sorry".

We found that another one of the pants was ripped as well, but there was not time to return it.

Needless to say that was our last visit to Euro Suit.

We reported our Telcom business landline on 23 November 2016 as it was our of order from the previous day. Received a reference number which I followed up on 29 November 2016. I was advised that they are working on it, but the operator would put an urgent note on the system because it is a bussiness landline.

I did a follow-up call again to the Telcom number 10217 again on 8 December 2016 and the operator advised that no technician had been assigned to the job yet!

We have to do all business calls on our personal cell phones and it is going now for the third week!
