Worst experience ever. refusing to refund me due to my wedding being cancelled due to covid. They said its in their terms and conditions. their terms and conditions state "100% full refund if cancelled 2 weeks before the event" Shocking service. Do not recommend that at all. Awful service even before covid. never answer their phones, so bad at admin. Do not support this business

Had an appointment at 10:00 (the time they are suppose to open). Had to wait 15 minutes before the person who works there arrived. He came in with coffee in his hand and greeted as if nothing is wrong. Pathetic service and never referring them.

We bought a suit for my fiance' on the 3rd November from the umhlanga branch and they had to get the correct size and colour from another store which they said would take a few days. It's been 3 weeks and we still waiting for feedback, whenever I call it's one story after another from Ayanda the sales assistant. The service is poor and they have incompetent staff unable to give any time frame as to when the correct sized suit will arrive and we have already made payment. Utter poor service.

I went to return shoes that I bought for my son for the martic farewell it was to big they did not have a size that fitted him so I then asked for a refund they refused They said it is against Company policy. I said it against the comsumer act and they must allow me to record them. They refused. How should go about getting my refund. People like this doors must be closed because they are wolves preying on the innocent public. I had to buy another pair of shoes left with shoes that no one can wear.?

My son got married on 17 December 2016. Our first visit to Euro Suit Boksburg was quite pleasant and the assistant was helpful and friendly.

On our next visit we wanted to fit different sizes and colours of waistcoasts for one of the groomsmen. The assistant was helpful, but dissapeared later on and only emerged once we enquired about his whereabouts. It would appear that he went for lunch in the meantime.

The groom and the groomsmen went for a final fitting and collection on 15 December. Whilst ironing on the eve before the wedding, I had found that two pants were ripped and one of the ties and the suit jacket were not clean. When I phoned Euro Suit the next day, being the morning of the wedding, the assistant's response was: " Yes, I hear what your are saying, but the guys came for a final fitting on Thursday".

The guys had gone for a final fitting, but the outfits were supposed to be clean and neat!

My son paid R4700 for 5 outfits and it should have been ready to wear.

All the assistant could say was "sorry".

We found that another one of the pants was ripped as well, but there was not time to return it.

Needless to say that was our last visit to Euro Suit.

We went to hire a suit for my son (5ys) and Fiona took measurements, on the 16th of Dec we collected, it was already in the suitcover with his name on it. We took it and left, only to find on the wedding day that it doesnt fit, it could easily fit a 13yr old. We had to buy another one. On the 17th we returned it and told Jordan what had happened and apparently we were not the first ppl to complain about this that day. He said Fiona was on leave we should call on the 24th for our refund, I did and again on the 28, 31 and 4th of Jan and Fiona kept saying H/O needs to authorise the refund and there is skeleton staff. Today she changed her tune and is saying Jordan was not supposed to give us the suit without my son fitting it, its their policy and she doubts h/o will authorise the refund. It is not our fault that they did. Also on the coupon attached to the suitcover the measurements had been altered by their tailor, for what? we don't know. We did not use your suit, we have receipts of the one we bought, because of your incompetence, and therefore need our money back. You can deal with your Consultant and Fiona is now shifting the blame to Jordan and is denying being our consultant

After going through the experience of painstakingly getting my fittings for my wedding suit and organising my 6 groomsmen's fittings I knew the staff at Eurosuit were incompetent. So in the weeks leading up to my wedding I phoned to confirm all was in order and I was told everything was fine. The day before my wedding I arrived with my groomsmen to be told they had no stock. Nothing. No one took responsibility and when I contacted management they all passed the buck. My groomsmen didn't have time to rent another suit at such late notice so they were forced to purchase suits which Eurosuit have refused to offer any monetary assistance for.

Their attitude throughout this ordeal has been disgraceful and the sooner they fail as a business the better. One look at their Facebook page confirmed this was not a one off experience and the overwhelming consensus is that this is possibly the worst store in South Africa.
