Let me take this opportunity to apologies to Melvin of America Fanatics for the misunderstanding we had with regards to my car. I would like to send a big thank you to him and his team for their great job done. Melvin is always willing to go the extra mile in assisting his clients. You assisted me greatly, even when I didn't have money to pay you. I cannot thank you enough, Melvin. One can be rest assured that they will always be in good hands at American Fantastics.
I MADE THE WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE, by giving my car to Melvyn of American Fanatics in December 2020, with an engine that was not running. I eventually got my car back on the 5th February 2021. I paid them a total of R84k to have the car fixed. I immediately noticed that the engine light was on and immediately brought it to Melvyn's attention, to which he said it would disappear as I drove the car. I trusted him and drove home. Needless to say, the engine light remained on. The following day I noticed that the car was also leaking some oil. I took it back to him on 10th February 2021, to have the engine light and oil leak fixed. I collected the car again on 13th February, with everything apparently fixed. To my dismay, the engine light came back on before I could even reach home, which led me to believe that he simply deleted the error messages from the car's ECU. The following day, I noticed more oil leaks than before. I returned the car to him once more on the 15th February 2021. My car stayed at Melvyn's workshop for 4 years and 5 months, with him making every excuse under the sun and refusing to give back my car. Thanks to X-Repo, Mojalove Dstv show who eventually came to my rescue to get my car back. My car is now in a worse condition than before. The engine light is still on with the car in LIMP mode, the oil leak is excessively high, the steering wheel controls are not working, the front passenger window is not working, the window washer fluid reservoir is broken, the MISSING stop/start button. I will never recommend American Fantastics to anyone ever.
A bunch of bullies and abusers. They keep on suspending my account even though I paid on time. I send them proof of payment, it means nothing to them. You must just keep paying as if money is manna from heaven. It seems like the only thing their consultants are taught is to tell the customer to pay, irrespective of the circumstances...

The mtn website state clearly that'the first sim swap is FREE for post paid customers.' I went to the Karaglen store to do the sin swap and was told that they are not mtn direct but a franchise store, so they did not follow mtn directives, moreover they were not even aware that the sim swap is free. I then went to OR Tambo International Airport store and again the staff did not know about their own website, when I showed them the website, they then told me they were out of stock for sim cards. I then called mtn ( ********** ) on August 6th and spoke to Manelisi Boi, who also was not aware of the website and kept telling me that I have to pay, which was very unprofessional of him and didn't even want me to talk to his superior. After a lot of persuasion, he finally transferred me to Mpume Mbletshe, his superviser, who also was surprised by the website and told me they were all trained that way ( that one has to pay for the sim swap). She nevertheless promised to escalate the issue and revert back to me, ref # ********** 00. I'm still waiting for her feedback as I write this review. I called mtn again and spoke to another superviser, who also promised to revert back to me after I turned down her suggestion that I pay for the sim swap then she would ensure that the money will be credited to my account. I told her I'm not going to pay a cent as the website states it's FREE. Then I called mtn direct ( ********** 667), again my request to speak to the manager was refused. I was then told that another superviser will be assigned to call me, I'm still waiting for mtn to call me and resolve this issue.
