I have been receiving the most ********** service from renew it Randburg, My vehicle has been with them for over a month after they advised me to collect my vehicle as it was ready for collection, on the day of we notice that repair work was very badly done where the spacing between the lights were so big and DI not much the left side of car, the dents were so visible and my boot cover was broken and there was a terrible rattling sound coming from the back, we returned it on a Thursday, and they advised it would be ready by the Tuesday, however they did not stick to this and did not give me feedback until I phoned, the service consultant Thembilihle said the car will be ready some day but before we were to collect she advised that there is now another sound coming from the back and is not ready. I advised them that we cannot be without our vehicle any longer, and we were told that should our vehicle not be ready by today being Wednesday, we would be put down for a courtesy car. Yet we have received no feedback, and our calls and emails are now being ignored. Really terrible service. I wish we would have gone with a different panel beater.
I had the best restaurant experience in a long time at Hussar Grill Blueberry Square. Firstly the service is impeccable right from the minute you enter the restaurant, The ambience is superb. Your waitron is always around so you never have to look for someone when needed, The attention to detail from the way the tables are set up to the way the waitrons bring out your drinks and have them poured is unbelievable. Secondly the food was amazing! from our starter all the way to the desert, We could not have asked for better. We will definitely be visiting again.
I had the most horrible experience at the Senhor Calistos at Mkntecasino, I purchased a Hyperli Voucher for the Restaurant and I used it on the 13th Of February 2021. I went to the restaurant and as soon as I told the lady taking my order at the counter that I am using my Hyperli voucher her attitude towards me changed, She spoke to me in a rude manner and refused to answer me when I asked her questions about the menu. I eventually had my order taken which I used a voucher for and paid seperately for three other meals. The food came and the first thing I noticed was that the burgers had tons of mayonnaise on it which I am allergic to and I asked them to exclude mayonnaise on all the burgers. They refused to change my meals We never ate the food we left it right there and went to buy food at the KFC next door. I was very disappointed with the service that I received I feel like I was discriminated against, I lost money and I will never be going there again.
<p>GOOD DAY</p> <p> </p> <p>Ive been having some trouble with my i contacted them and they advised that they would be able to assist me in having it cleared i payed R1950.00 however they never got back to me i had to hound them for a reply they apparently lost my documents twice told me my record would be cleared in 25 days i ended waiting for 2 whole months still for nothing as they havent done anything. </p>
