The services provided by Lansdowne as the managing agent at the 50 On Lever complex very poor. The level of service we have experienced has been nothing short of abysmal, which has ultimately led to the termination of their contract by the running trustees due to their consistent failure to meet our expectations. They are refusing to cooperate and Facilitate a smooth transition and handover to the newly appointed agency. It is evident to me and many other owners that Lansdowne's primary focus is on collecting levies, while customer service is sorely neglected. We have felt left in the dark, ignored, and undervalued as clients. They have shown little regard for our concerns, preferences, and the overall well-being of the community. I am compelled to warn others who may consider your services that Lansdowne's priorities are misaligned. You appear to be driven solely by financial gains, with a blatant disregard for the fundamental principles of effective customer service and communication. In light of the above, I implore Lansdowne Management Services to reevaluate its approach and priorities. Our complex deserves a managing agent who is dedicated to not only collecting levies but also ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of its residents. We need them gone. I recently had my iPhone 13 Pro Max repaired at The Real Repair Co in Sandton after it suffered a fall and cracked. The initial experience was somewhat disappointing. The phone was taken in for repairs, and after a week and a few days, I received a call to collect it. However, my satisfaction quickly turned into frustration when I discovered that the speaker and earpiece were not functioning correctly, and the camera was producing blurry images. It felt like everything had fallen apart, and the quality of the repair work was questionable. I attempted to contact The Real Repair Co via email but received no response, which only added to my frustration. Eventually, I had to call them, and they instructed me to bring the phone back for further assessment. This entire process felt inconvenient and time-consuming, especially given that it could have been avoided with more thorough initial repairs. I'm also concerned and wonder if discovery insure is assisting iand intervening on this matter. it is really frustrating that I am without a phone that I do most of my work on. Overall, my experience with The Real Repair Co was average at best. The initial repair work was not up to standard, and the communication with the company left much to be desired. While they did take the phone back for further assessment, it was an inconvenience that could have been avoided. I hope that the subsequent repair will be more successful, and I can finally have my iPhone in proper working condition.
I had the pleasure of working with Rikus and his team from Solar and Sun yesterday at my house in Midrand, and I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service they provided. From start to finish, he demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise that left me thoroughly impressed. Firstly, his customer service was outstanding. He patiently answered all my questions and provided valuable insights into the installation process, putting my mind at ease. The installation itself was carried out with precision and efficiency. I was pleased to see that he paid great attention to detail. The new toilet looks fantastic and functions flawlessly, and the non-return valve on the geyser has provided peace of mind knowing that my water system is now better protected. Rating this company ( father and son ) below 1 After my review on June 7, 2023, expressing dissatisfaction with the company's service and workmanship, they reached out to me and assured that the work would be completed by June 9, 2023. However, today, on June 13, 2023, I received a call from Mooshe's father, who informed me that they need to raise money for petrol in order to travel and finish the work. It seems that they frequently encounter issues related to petrol or car breakdowns every time they need to finish the mess they caused at my parents house. I feel disrespected and deceived by their behavior, especially considering that they have removed all of my social media reviews and comments. my tenant is still suffering with a broken geyser yet they have been paid. please not use their services
Rating this company below 1 I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring a geyser and plumbing service called MOOSHES PROJECTS & SUPPLIES that left me incredibly dissatisfied, frustrated and in tears.The job they performed was of such poor quality that it's hard to believe they are professionals in their field. My encounter with this company was riddled with unprofessionalism and a blatant lack of skill. To begin with, the communication with the company was awful. They were unresponsive to my initial inquiries and took an unnecessarily long time to provide me with an estimate. When they finally showed up to begin the work, their tardiness was the first sign of their unprofessional approach. They did not use a step ladder to access the ceiling, instead, they used a trash bin. As a result, they broke off the ceiling. Once they started working on my geyser and plumbing issues, it became evident that their technical expertise was severely lacking. The workmanship was of poor quality, and it seemed as if they were rushing through the job without paying attention to the details. As a result, the problems I hired them to fix were not resolved adequately, and new issues even arose as a direct result of their negligence. The house was floating after we had painted they ceiling. Moreover, their lack of professionalism was reflected in their behavior throughout the entire process. The assist who happens to be the father, was rude and dismissive, showing no regard for my concerns or questions. They seemed more interested in finishing the job quickly than ensuring customer satisfaction. It was clear that customer service was not a priority for them. To make matters worse, when I attempted to voice my dissatisfaction and request a resolution, the company was unresponsive and had left the house to attend to another query. My calls went unanswered, leaving me feeling completely ignored and powerless. It is both disappointing and frustrating to be treated this way after paying for their services. They are not who they say they are. They are based in Thohoyandou, Sibasa and claim to be based in polokwane. As a result, I was expected to put petrol in an unreliable, broken car which has issues getting them around. MOOSHE started the “ work “ on Monday, 29 May 2023 and did not finish. He later started requesting more money while on site claiming that I need more material. They did not inspect the amount of and work and quoted me haphazardly. They did a very terrible work with the installation claiming they didn’t have material. On Tuesday, he asked for an extension to sort out a family crisis to which he committed to finish work on Saturday, 3 June. He did not pitch due to a mechanical breakdown of their unreliable vehicle from Thohoyandou. I would like strongly discourage anyone from hiring this geyser and plumbing service who claim they have offices all over. Their unprofessionalism, poor workmanship, and lack of customer care make them entirely unsuitable for any plumbing-related job. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking a more reliable and competent service provider. They should be removed from all databases or directories in the polokwane area code as they are a Thohoyandou based company. Our tenant has also expressed his intentions to move out due lack of trust that he had in us to resolve the geyser 4 June 2023 - No reponse and later requested that I send more money for material 5 June 2023 - Material bought and calls no longer answered 6 June 2023 - I called Moshe's father with a different and started crying uncontrollably on the phone. In my view, he was drunk. 7 June 2023 - They have been hanging up on my calls the from morning to afternoon. They told told our tenant's helper that there was a better opportunity that they needed to attend to in Johannesburg. They have since left the material and unfinished work at my parents house, with cold water. Im happy to share more picture and my experience if anyone is interested.
I was due to deliver my daughter on a planned c-section on 1 March 2022. However, on 20 February 2022, I had lower abdominal pains and an emergency c section had to be performed. The delivery of my baby was no longer an elective procedure but an emergency one. We requested for Discovery to review the classification of my case and pay the balance since the procedure should form part of the PMB (Prescribed Minimum Benefit). Sandton Mediclinic provided Discovery with my medical records from the day I was admitted until i was discharged. My Gynae also sent Discovery a motivation letter explaining what had happened. Our clinical anesthetist also sent them a letter of motivation pointing out to them the circumstances and risks of that procedure. My baby was in breech position, at a risk of not having enough oxygen, at the risk of brain bleed and more. The anesthetist explained and listed risk my baby was exposed. after all the trouble, Discovery declined our request and their reasons are " because it was a planned c section under a pre-authorized number, therefore the voluntary use of a non-designated service provider." Stay away from Discovery health medical aid. you will pay hafety premiums for poor services. my husband and I are in the process of looking for other options while we handle this matter with the Counsil for medical schemes
<p>i ordered a hamper on the 31st of august 2016 to be sent to my partner at his work place and the next available date for delivery was on the next day (1st septe 2016). my order has since been received with payment and not processed. iv spent the whole of yestreday trying to call their offices ********** 600 and everyone that doesnt see to know what happened to my order. a lady by the name of Brownwyn told me their first delivery starts @7am in the morning and the next @12pm but she failed to answer why my order was not in the first batch of distribution.</p> <p> </p> <p>the last call i made was @16:30 and was told that my order was disbursed to durban and I ****EN DONT KNOW HOW THAT IS MY PROBLEM. I PAID INTO THE RIGHT ACCOUNT FOR YOUR SERVICE AND NOW YOU MAKE IT MY PROBLEM THAT YOU HIRED INCOPETENT PEOPLE THAT CANNOT READ A SIMPLE " JOHANNESBURG ADDRESS" . there is clearly a reason why placed my order in advance but NETFLORIST decided to mess it up for me. i want answers and that hamper delivered before 2pm, today. poor service and incompetent staff.</p>
