I have bought an inverter, trying to contact the store plenty of times. I used direct contact details , ones I found in the internet no luck. The on the internet transfer me to another company, while one on my purchase invoice they are not going through at all. I am really angry 😡. To other don’t buy things from Pakistan 🇵🇰 / people from other continents they can go at anytime , warranty means nothing if you can find the store.

I called asking for everything ever since I come here. (09/12/2024 till 17/12/2024) today they made a punch 🥊 line by not coming to clean my room. I am really tired 🥱 of calling and asking for things even the basic, I believe they know what is it one need in their room to survive. We are not really happy me n my partner. We come here to relax but it was really the same as staying at home, home is even better becousuwe don’t ask for things. Ooopps see me here no more 🤬😡🥵

Ellies inverter 720w MSW
Yoh really not satisfied with the product Ellies inverter trolley 720w , bought it 5 months back already giving me issues, it does not last hours mationed and i only used it for my laptop and router. I return it to builders where i bought it, then they returned it to the manufacturer. Today ellies called and they said battery is at fault and the battery warranty is 3 months, when i ask how much will it cost to replace it they R2700. Bear in mind that it was bought 5 months back so every 5 month i must replace the battery? Yoh i am really mad shame. Worse part other inverters with different suppliers with 720w last longer. Oh another issue is that when the is loadshedding n the inverter is on even if the is nothing plugged still Please advice want to complain on upper level than their complain department. I am not happy shame. Don't consider buying it, try other suppliers.

Excellent service i receive from Ronaldo, but i called earlier the agent dropped call on my ear. All in all the service is good. For the application process i was helped by Gabby Daniels and the service was perfect also.
