My second bad insurance, my car was stolen and recovered last year 14 September 2020, they took my car to Centurion Panelbeaters, there's a very rude lady by the name of Bernice Vermaak from Iwyze, I phoned her several times complaining about why are they taking long to fix my car it's March now almost 6 months since my car went for repairs, she asked me to buy a battery for my car for the panelbeaters to check the mechanical faults because insurance won't buy a new battery for me, I bought a new battery and drop it to the panelbeaters, they took my car to VW to check the faults, they discovered that the car has mechanical faults, Bernice told me they can't fix my car because it's an old model but when they stole my car it was in a good condition, they take out the tracker, number plates, license disc, it was discovered in Mamelodi it's a white Golf7 Gti 2014 model, they painted the scratches only and refuse to fix the mechanical problem, I went to collect my car with a dashboard full of orange lights, it was overheating, I had to call a breakdown to take my car home while I pay a large amount of insurance money, I don't recommend or advise anyone to use Iwyze
I was involved in an accident 2016, the insurance take my car to the panelbeaters after 3months, they claim to be liquidated. The panelbeaters claim 169000 wich I made a loan of 100 000 and needed assistance to VW as well because they were the one recommended that insurance to me on the day I bought the car, I've been using that insurance since 2014. I made the claims, they promised to reinburse me, it's 2021 I'm still waiting, I can't get hold of them. I'm still driving the car that was refinanced by VW. I'm still paying the installment since 2014
<p>Was involved in an accident on the 10th June 2016 Quicksure responded after 3hours, they towed the vehicle to Progress Panelbeaters for the car to be fixed there, now my car can't be released due to payment by Quicksure to the Panelbeaters,it's almost 4 months now, I spoke with the lady by the name of Emily every time i call her she's telling me they are busy processing the payment she will call me back, she never did, now she's no longer answering my calls. I really need your intervention and assistance on this matter </p>
