Last year we had booked at the same place yet we had the most amazing time thinking it would be the same again.no ways terrible experience and as for tge receptionist shes a **** they all like to twist their words.at first we got to the place they gave us ground floor so I requested our rooms to be changed to the upper floor they said oh no there are no availability yet the whole place was so quiet but so I left that I said never the less we here but they could have given me an option as I am paying for the accommodation its not a free stay.thereafter that afternoon my mother was in the kitchen preparing some snacks we see little ****roaches running around so we boiled water in the kettle and poured them over .we complained to the receptionist and the headnof house keeping as there was no manager around the whole weekend.keep in mind we did show the receptionist the ****roach was also in the fridge so she has sen the ****roach in the fridge and on tge counter top.oh and the best is yet to come my son went into the water on that friday afternoon and we he got out the pool that day he comes to me complaining my thighs are burning so I assumed he had a Jean shorts on maybe it was wet and his thighs rubbed so we app**** Vaseline and he went to bed because it was not that bad next day Saturday between midday and the afternoon he complains again while in the water mum my legs are burning taking him out the pool I took off his shorts his skin on his thighs were like burn marks so we took him to the room washed out the chlorine still he couldn't put his legs together crying with pain went and complained they said they will speak to someone but manager will be back on Monday only later that day they brought a small sachet of burn cream and that was it Monday came manager says oh no they dont exceed the chlorine in the water but she will get it tested and the receptionist told the manager there was a spec on the counter not a ****roach what exactly and how will I benefit from lieing my son was in so much pain she says oh he looks like he has some kind of rash yet we have told them two other kids also had similar issues and my mother had to take the kids to their rooms so I my opinion im never going back to that horrible place I suggest you guys also dont even think about it the place is beautiful yes no doubt about that but my experience of going for a welll deserved holiday my son is suffering
i made a booking a few weeks back as my birthday is on the 6th november so i decided to take my family on a holiday. my sons school send me a timetable stating that they are writing exams on 10th so i called easy holidays to change the date instead of helping me they say oh no i we cannot change the date thats like cancelling your reservation as i did explain that the school sent me a letter and its finals so i cannot let me child be losing out thats two papers yet they tell me if they get someone i will hgave to pay R450 to get my points back!my points which i pay for every month i must now pay R450 more i would say ridiculous i would never suggest anyone to get anything good from these people.
i have cancelled my contract at the store in september but telkom has still been debiting my account . this current month they have deducted an amount but they haven't even given me my minutes or data
<p>Hi guys if I was u I wont take a contract with telkom...reason being coz they cheat ppl...I took a contract with them almost four years back and 2 years down the line jus before the contract cud end I phoned them and cancelled my contract that was one month notice before it cud end...and up till nw im still paying 4 the contract...ive emailed them I phoned them and even went into store 2 cancel the contract and still almost 2 years later ntn as been done...which is ridiculous coz I work hard 4 my money and 4 them 2 cheat me out of it is jus low...and im fed up of this and telkom will be earing from my lawyers very soon...and im gona sue them.</p>
