At first, the salespeople were super helpful, and our mattress got delivered to us. Unfortunately, we had an issue, so a replacement was sent out, and then we had the same issue again. I then paid quite a bit extra for an even better mattress (queen size), and when it arrived, it was too big for the base! It was a birthday and Mother's Day gift for my mom, and she has a sleigh bed base, but the mattress doesn't fit into it. We measured it, and according to the online sizing guide, it's quite a bit larger. But since reporting this, we've basically had radio silence for the last two to three months. I've contacted the salesperson who was helping us, and I've sent an email to customer care — not that it helped. NB: The other mattress that had problems fitted into the base perfectly. We don't know if the mattress not fitting into the base is affecting the warranty or its condition, but when we try to put a queen sheet on it, it doesn't fit either. We have pictures of the measurements and the sheet not fitting, but no one is getting back to us. Rather frustrated as this was a gift and cost quite a bit, and the after-sales service is not good!

Our service was terminated yesterday with no warning, and due to no error on our part! My sister has been struggling since lunchtime yesterday to get this sorted out and it's just going around in circles. The line has been active for like 7 years, and suddenly it got cut off due to an address mistake on Vumatel/Vox's side. Both my sister and I work from home, and have now had to try to arrange back-up internet because NO ONE seems to want to help us. Between us, we've lost quite a bit of pay. Would someone please just reconnect the darn line already. It's an active account with an active line, that was BEING USED when it was just terminated - in the middle of us teaching! Can someone please actually get back to her and sort this out before we're forced to take further measures.

The staff are lovely. Faith Seshibe helped me update my details today, and it was quick and painless. I've never had to make a claim, so I can't comment on that yet. I just wish the premiums were a little cheaper, otherwise, I'm a happy customer.
Staff are friendly, and if there is an issue, they work to resolve it quickly. Ordering and delivery are both usually very efficient and effortless.
