Unfair business practices
This company is a scam they advertise as a new development for investors meanwhile the complex is old and everything falling apart even though u r promised a brand new apartment and when you start complaining they will try all manner of intimidation. Cult members are permanent residents who will take out anyone who stands on their way. Evil practices are the order of the day. Buy at your own risk I learned the hard way

I have an awesome time dealing with Tamlin initially she wowed me with her perseverance and tenacity when I had given up and surely it payed off I’m now a proud home owner all thanks to Tamlin and her team hurray!!! They even got me a 100% bond approval. Keep up the good work guys

<p>called in this morning and spoke to Sindisiwe Ntini in the claims department who registered my claim, what a brilliant and helpful this lady made me feel i felt so comfortable</p> <p> </p> <p>she is genuinely the best thing that could have happened to your company....big up to her. wish everyone in that department can learn from her</p>

appauled by the service or lack thereof
<p>i submitted a claim over 2 weeks ago and after countless emails and telephone calls my suporting documents were still not received and the claims consultant never even bothered even once to call or advise and after it was confirmed that they have been received then i was told on friday that the claim will be finalised today to my surpise when i call the call centre today the gentltmen i spoke to then gives me a different version that it will be thursday, now my worry at this stage is, what if it was a major claim like a total loss to my property then i would have had to wait a year or even more for the claim to be finalised unlike this minor claim of prescription glasses, policy number ********** 22/1</p>
