Tamlin the star
I have an awesome time dealing with Tamlin initially she wowed me with her perseverance and tenacity when I had given up and surely it payed off I’m now a proud home owner all thanks to Tamlin and her team hurray!!! They even got me a 100% bond approval. Keep up the good work guys

Horrible agents
The agent acted in bad faith and didn’t tell me the owner was selling the unit until they had people come to look at the unit. She forced me to move out on the 30th and to do the handover the same day. After hiring people to clean the apartment in a hurry because the agent wanted the keys on the 30th I was still charged a further R2250 for the cleaning and painting of the apartment. The agency debited instead of crediting my interest on my deposit. It is a given you won’t get your full deposit back. Don’t use propvest! Rather get a more reputable real estate agent agency.

PROPINVEST
I was in contact with a consultant from PropInvest and I was interested on buying one of their off plan new development property. I signed the reservation request and paid the deposit. Things were going as planned, just before I could sign the OTP, I received a notification for possible retrenchment from my employer due to the COVID-19 and also a salary cut. I have informed the consultant and the service was good, completed the refund forms...many weeks later whilst following for a response: "The refund was declined because we need a letter from the bank that confirms that the application was not approved. Then only we are able to do the refund on the deposit. If the deal was cancelled for some reason the deposit is not allowed to be refunded." In order for me to get the letter it means I need to proceed with the application by completing the offer to purchase knowing that my employment is at RISK. what kind of an organization does this. I am completely DISSATISFIED with the service.

<p>This rent agent will find/create any excuse just to avoid paying your full deposit, please beware of this agent(PROVEST), and should you be desperate and find yourself with this agent, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU WRITE DOWN EVERY DEFAULT THAT YOU FIND EVEN THOSE THAT YOU MAY EASILY WANT TO FIX YOURSELF, BECAUSE WHEN MOVING OUT, THEY WILL NOT CONSIDER THE FACT THAT YOU FIXED THINGS YOURSELF, THIS INCLUDES ROACHES, MAKE SURE YOU REPORT EVEN IF YOU HAVE SOMEONE TO FUMIGATE YOURSELF.</p> <p>Its standard that yhey dont pay your full deposit..</p>
