I recently got a refund from an embassy using a standard bank POS to my FNB debit account. I have the slip and have called the bank multiple times. It has been 10 days and The money has not reflected. I’ve asked the bank on multiple occasions to help me see what the problem is. No one is willing to help. The embassy doesn’t know what the issue is either. And I’m extremely disappointed.
Motus Nissan in Menlyn is the worst place to bring your car for service! I bought my brand new Nissan Micra there in 2018 and i have been servicing it there ever since. My last service was a major service on the 1st of July 2021, I was dissatisfied because they took so long! They reassured me that the car was in great condition I went in today because there was a funny noise coming from beneath the car, they told me it was the front shock absorbers and that they would need to order parts for it. I took my car to Supa Quick and they showed me the back needed repairing too. Nissan Menlyn had my car for 5 hours and still diagnosed it wrongly! They also failed to pick up that the break pads were also worn! Now I am questioning if they even did a service on my car! I’m convinced they just gave me back my car as it was. I am also upset at their appalling customer service. Their service agent Riaan is extremely rude. I will trade in my car and I will never buy another Nissan again! I will also discourage anyone from buying a Nissan car!
Aramex doesn’t give its drivers airtime and when they can’t contact you, they make the delivery a failed delivery. How is one supposed to know when the driver is outside?? Must we sit by the gate the whole day waiting for the driver??
The agent acted in bad faith and didn’t tell me the owner was selling the unit until they had people come to look at the unit. She forced me to move out on the 30th and to do the handover the same day. After hiring people to clean the apartment in a hurry because the agent wanted the keys on the 30th I was still charged a further R2250 for the cleaning and painting of the apartment. The agency debited instead of crediting my interest on my deposit. It is a given you won’t get your full deposit back. Don’t use propvest! Rather get a more reputable real estate agent agency.
They have the worst customer service on the planet. I was told my router has been sent to a courier for delivery but They can’t even give me a waybill number to track the delivery. I have been waiting for 4 working days now. You will wait 3 hours to speak to someone on WhatsApp who will tell you there’s nothing they can do. If you’re thinking of getting fiber don’t get it with Webafrica!! I haven’t even been connected to my fiber and they already invoiced me a delivery fee for a product I have g received!! Worst service ever. Very disappointed.
