I had to pay for my test, spectacles AND contact lenses before anything was ordered. Got my spectacles in a fair time period. The contact lenses I had to wait 9-10 weeks for. I asked my parents to just collect them for me as I am at work Mondays to Saturdays. When they got their the lady, Lindie, told them that it was not paid for and she will not give it to them. I still owed them over R800. She did not even check on the system or in a file to confirm. My husband phoned her to find out what was happening and she bluntly told him that we only paid for the spectacles. And that we should send the proof of payment again. After some back and forth she finally phoned me just to tell me that the amount did not include the contact lenses. I had to tell her to go look again on the invoice it WAS included in the amount and that it was just R400 not R800. She then said that she was not the one who did the quote and hence did not know. She did not apologise for the fault on her side nor for our inconvenience. My husband insisted that they now deliver it to us as petrol is expensive and we can't go up and down for something that was their mistake. She simply stated that she is very sorry she will NOT do that and that getting it was my problem. I then told her to then refund me which she also refused. I want to let Wize Eyes know that it is unacceptable to make a customer wait for 9 weeks and the accuse them of not paying, without making certain AND then go and make it their problem.
Were promised a 20/2 connection on Fibre. Yet since we joined almost 3 weeks ago we only had 2/2 which means the download speed is virtually zero. Vodacom only opened the complaint but nothing happened. Then we tried to cancel yet they still did not respond save to open another complaint. We have phone twice daily and still no help.
Order some labels for my business from Kyle and the team. What a helpful company! Delivery was also quick. Unfortunately the labels came loose and I had to contact Kyle again. He immediately to print me new labels with a stronger adhesive. The new labels were delivered to me within the week. Free of charge! I recommend them to anyone.
Been ordering from PG Glass (GSA) for the last 15 years. The last 12 months the service is terrible! Not one order correct. Had to sent one order back 6 times!! No one is taking control and fixing the problem. Passing the bucket from one to the other. And then when you try and speak to them Chantel throws the phone down! Not impressed at all!
<p>Brought a Twisp Aero in May. Only a few weeks later we had to have the battery replaced. The assistant at Clearwater Mall took the original tillslip. When we questioned him he said that we shouldn't worry as he will give us a new slip. Which he did HOWEVER again after a few weeks we now had to replace yet another part on the Aero. The young lady now at the kiosk asked for the tillslip and with a great big satisfactory smile announced that she cannot replace it as she needs to have the original slip. We explained to her our conversation with the other assistant but she didn't care or try to come up with a solution. Instead she kept on saying we should phone head office and do we need fluid. I mean this thing is leaking and the fluid is going into my husband's mouth what will we do with more fluid?! </p> <p>Another assistant suggested that they should phone Mark whom I assume is their manager to which she replied "He will **** us. It's Sunday". Now I can appreciate someone's rest day but not if I had to drive out to the mall a second time ( my husband went during the week and as usual they had no stock). Then the second assistant said that she will phone and come back to us. It is now nearly 3weeks and we are still waiting for her call. </p> <p>In the meantime we phoned their offices in Cape Town - no answer. We sent numerous e-mails with only 1 reply stating that they will look into the matter.</p> <p>In the meantime my husband's "healthier alternative" is changing into a " death trap" as he now inhales and swallows drops of oil.</p>
