Terrible service
Evetech should be ashamed to be so *********. They do not honor warranies, I've had this with a gaming chair and now again with a ssd. Always a excuse to not honor the warranty. Pathetic service.

Natal Power Boats nightmare
I bought a cheap bow rider and the motor siezed after a hours use. Then I took the boat back asking for a refund. They convinced me they will replace the motor. They fitted another old yamaha 115 and the motor died on me in under 2 hours. Fuel is what they mixed and no signs or anything wrong till the motor stopped. Now after asking for my money back again ime having issues again. This is the worst thing to buy a boat to have fun with the family and getting treated like this. So sad really, just because it's a small cheap boat I mean nothing to them. I have now reported them to the Motor Industry Ombudsman and they will definitely get it sorted out. Avoid dealing with these people unless you have decent lawyers.

BAD SERVICE
Ordered a mattress then it was late to deliver and stock issues so cancelled and still waiting for a refund more than a month later, Terrible service, No response back on email after asking whats happening, Phoning in doesn't help either as the people you need to speak to are busy.

Lenovo support & repairs is a joke.
I sell alot of laptops as a I.T service provider. Lenovo has been one of my favorite brands but not anymore. I had a client laptop die so we sent it to Partseve Durban to be repaired. They took their absolute longest to even just test it. Then days later they only decided to order the parts needed. In the meantime my customer is sitting without a laptop to be able to work and no one cares. Partseve is approved by Lenovo and that needs to be dealt with. From now I won't push the brand anymore I'm afraid. So much for getting a hight spec i7.

Pathetic service
Had a willard battery die on me after about 9 months. I have been struggling to get it replaced under the supposed 25month warranty as the battery has a small scratch or two on it. Contacted them via Facebook many times with no luck. The people selling the batteries had the rep here that said battery has damage on it. So a 2012 Kia Sorento Factory battery bracket or holder is not up to standard for willard. Anything not to replace a battery I suppose..
