I placed an online order for a cat scratching post and unfortunately the incorrect item was delivered as it was labelled incorrectly, however their customer service in ensuring they corrected their mistake was 12/10. They came to deliver the correct item the very same day I made them aware of the issue. They even delivered it assembled. Because of this reason I will definitely order from them again. This is what customer service is all about - it's how you correct an issue to keep the customer happy! Keep up the good work!!! I will definitely be ordering from them again.
My account has been locked since Monday 10th July, I have gotten hold of customer support and informed it was a technical issue and it has still not been unblocked. There have been no comms sent informing customers of this issue. I need to purchase something urgently!
Standard bank customer service is shocking! My service ticket #7039432757 has not been resolved but was marked as resolved. I have requested 12 month bank statements from March 2020 to February 2021, I went into the Standard Bank Greenstone branch on 18/09/2021 and was assisted by Collen Ladhoyo - I even paid for these statements! July, August and September 2020 statements are still outstanding, despite being promised they will be sent to me. I require them ASAP for SARS. The call centre cannot help me. It is not as though I have requested bank statements from 10 years ago?! I have been a loyal customer to Standard Bank for many years now, but one simple request they cannot assist with.
I paid off my account in December 2020 and I was in a CR balance. In Janaury they charged me interest and they did the same in February. I was also not sent a statement I could just see my CR balance getting smaller. On enquiry I was told it was escalated the Accounts department on 22 February. This is very unethical business practice!
I placed an online order on the 06/05 order #o750256521 and obviously the items were in stock else I wouldn't have been able to add them to my cart. I was well aware of the delivery date being the 27/05 but just a few days before delivery is due I get an email on the 23/05 that most of the items are out of stock and won't be shipped. The mail even mentions 'you won't be charged for these'. I have already paid! No mention of a refund or anything of the sort? This was a Mother's Day gift. I find it pathetic that Woolworths can't even keep track of their stock levels.
I went to Pick n Pay Clothing on the 10/05/2018 at approximately 19:45, now I know they close at 8pm so I rushed to get there on time. The doors were closed! I signaled to the cashier to ask if he was closed and he said yes but I pointed to my watch claiming that it wasn't 8pm yet. It's not like my watch is ahead of time as my cellphone reflected the same time. I was ignored and not let into the shop. I can't understand why you would close 15 minutes beforehand, how is this acceptable? I complained on Pick n Pay's website contact us page to which I received no response or even an acknowledgment , such bad customer service!
<p>I purchased a washing line from Mr Price Home in February 2016. I use this line minimally and it does not stand out in rain etc, it was very well looked after, this past weekend after hanging my washing, the line completely collapsed, the metal bent in the oppsite direction, so now the line won't stand on it's own. See pictures attached. A week earlier one of the bars completely broke off. This is the worst quality I have ever seen, this washing line was around R250. I am disappointed as I thought this washing line would last a bit longer.</p>
