I bought a pair of shoes a month ago and was told two days after the purchase that it is "in the warehouse". Several calls later I still have no shoes or no refund. I have been given the run-around for two weeks now!
Good day I am one of the affected customers who has been experiencing the effects of whatever went wrong within Vodacom last night. I tried calling customer care, but had no luck getting through. In the nature of work that I am in, I need to be connected at all times. Unfortunately, the wifi I use is with Vodacom as well, so I have no way of dealing with what needs to be dealt with right now. I am not even sure if the problem is beig rectified and whether or not we will be reimbursed, but this is totally unacceptable!
<p>I took my phone in for repairs on the 31st of July 2016 and have not received any form of communication since then. I tried calling the number I was given and it does not go through.</p> <p>It has been over a month and still no word and I am not in a position to go to the branch to find out at the moment. I have sent emails too, which have gone unanswered. I need my phone and find it EXTREMELY frustrating that I get no communication AND have cannot get a hold of anyone who works in the shop. </p>
