Guys beware Zando is ripping people off now, they sell low quality clothes from their Global store, and if you not happy with your order, you have to send the parcel to their Cape Town Office at your own cost, and when they get the parcel they will deduct another R90. To be safe do not buy from them. This is not right!!!!!!!!!!!
Visited the resort in December 2018, I was not happy with the room allocated as the rain was dripping through the aircon by the door, when I reported this to the reception, i spoke to the lady by the name of Yvonne Mashishi who was extremely rude and was not prepared to help us. On departure my son forgot his cap in the room and I sent the email to them, and was told they couldn't locate the cap and no staff member came forth with it. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS RESORT TO ANYONE I KNOW, AS THEIR SERVICE SUCKS AND YOU SURE NOT GOING TO GET ANY HELP FROM MANAGEMENT WHEN YOU COMPLAIN. BOOK ANYWHERE BUT NOT AT LEGENDS GOLF AND SAFARI RESORT
So unprofessional, and rips people off their deposit. wouldn't recommend it to anyone
<p>I got a message from Discovery that they need my ID copy in order to do KYC, they sent their courier driver to pick up a copy on the 29th August, to date my account has been frozen with reason KYC not done. Its over 3 weeks since the driver took my copy and Discovery claim non receipt. i"ve tried calling them several time and being told my issue is being escelated but nothing has been done. I'm so disappointed with their service</p>
