WebAfrica has proven to the worst SP out there, l would not recommend them to anyone. if anything they need to rethink their customer service and technical support team. We have had no internet at our house for over 2 weeks. During this time we have been contacting WebAfrica through whatsapp and to say the entire service is useless is an understatement. First it takes hours to be connected to someone, Eventually when they do the consultants want to do the bare minimum to assist you. They're well trained in giving reference numbers and rebooting systems and troubleshooting remotely with no resolution. WebAfrica have taken no steps to assist. If anything they've continued to blame Vumatel for our outage. Vumatel has sent technicians on sight to investigate further. These technicians confirmed that everything on Vumatel side is up and running and the fault lies with WebAfrica. There's still no accountability from WebAfrica and even as l type this l'm waiting for them to come to the party and assist us.
What should've been a lovely Mother's Day Lunch at the Prison Break Market was almost ruined by walking into the Noble Experiment. The Owner completely overreacted to us bringing beers into her area even though we had already ordered pizzas from her. She has poor customer service and didn't make an exception for first time attendees to the market and the fact that it was Mother's Day. Looking around other guests in her restaurant were allowed to bring in food and drinks and she justified their actions by saying they're her family and could do as they pleased. It's impossible to not conclude that she gave preferential treatment to her other guests and when we did the same we were called aside and spoken to. How is that not racist?! She asked us to leave, which we did and for the remainder of the afternoon we watched as her different guests were served food from other restaurants. She didn't move an inch to address this with them as she had done with us. I was truly disgusted in the manner that she had treated us and was unapologetic for it! An establishment like the Noble Experiment need to understand the market concept of a business which is different from exclusive shopping centers/malls. Customer service was appalling and l would not recommend this eatery. Buns Outs saved the day with friendly service, delicious burgers and wings!!!
What should've been a lovely Mother's Day lunch at the Prison Break Market was almost ruined by walking into The Noble Experiment. The owner completely overreacted to us bringing beers into her restaurant even though we had ordered pizzas from her restaurant. She has no regard for customer service and didn't even make an exception that it was mother's day. Looking around other guests were allowed to do the same. (She justified that they were family therefore could do as they please) Anyone would understand how this looked suspicious and racist. She went further to ask us to leave even though we had ordered pizzas from her establishment. We left and for the rest of the afternoon watched as guests in her restaurant were served food from other establishments and she didn't move an inch to correct them or speak to them in the manner she had done with us. She was blatantly racist! An establishment like The Noble Experiment needs to understand market concept of her business she's not in an exclusive shopping Centre she's in a market. If she has issues serving people of colour she doesn't need to be at the Prison Break Market. She needs to learn customer service and not be so rigid especially to people of colour. This is not Apartheid! @BunsOut saved the day with their friendly service, delicious burgers and lemon and herb wings.

On the 25th of July l made a purchase for 2 boots size 6. When the package was delivered one pair was the correct size and the other pair was incorrect, sure it said size 6 on the bottom of the shoe but inside told a different story. one was size 7 and the other was size 5.

I requested a return and today the same pair was delivered again! I'm not sure what sort of Quality Checks are done on products, clearly not enough. It's been 2 months of this back and forth
