I was recently a customer to Kneaded Spa and was extremely appalled by the experience had. Firstly on purchasing this voucher on Daddy's Deals I could not get a booking on a weekend. The weekday that I had chosen clashed with a meeting - I called the Spa and asked to change the date of my booking yet the details on my voucher had absolutely no fine print/nitty gritty information about changing the booking date. The receptionist was completely unprofessional and said that I should refer to the cancellation policy yet this was not a cancellation this was a change of date. She said if I change the date my voucher is forfeited. This is absolutely unprofessional dealings. I got to the Spa 15 minutes late just because the address on your voucher is extremely unclear. It took me to the corner of witkoppen and beyers. I got to the Spa wasn't offered welcome drink, thereafter I asked the lady to bring us something to drink even if it be water as we sat on the road for a long duration to get to you. She says there is juice and brings us Oros juice which was completely tasteless. The massage was not what was stated on the voucher, our session was cut short due to us getting lost to the Spa. I have a burn on my leg and despite me telling the massage lady to not use the hot stone on the burn, she went ahead and used it.
<p>I recently ungraded my Vodacom contract at the Northgate branch in Randburg. The branch was extremely busy with unoperational work stations. I was eventually assisted by a gentlemen by the name of Kgotso whom I thought knew what he was doing until an hour later when the process was concluded and 5 invoices were mistakely issued to my email instead of one - I looked pass this small error and laughed it off. As part of my new upgrade we were given a free tablet and sim to go with for free. I then chose the phone that I liked and then signed the invoice and went off to my normal shopping. The agreement was on a 24 month agreed installment debit plan. In November's debit order I was alarmed to an excessive amount being debited from my account without my authorisation. After calling the customer service centre and receiving no luck I was then told by the collections department that I am paying for 10GB of data which I never signed up for and that I am also paying for a number I know nothing about. I then tried getting hold of the Northgate branch manager who is extremely unprofessional and doesn't return your calls to explain what had transpired with the account. Today 1 Dec I eventually get a hold of a consultant at the Northgate branch and he explained that there is still an amount being added to my account as part of a subsidary fee that is owing on my previous phone - this was not only very uninformative and unprofessional but a huge inconvenience to the customer. I will be taking legal action on this matter as nobody had advised me about this subsidary fee being added to my account. I did not authorise this neither did I sign for it. Had I known about this fee, I would not have taken the upgrade at this early stage. I was told that the contract is up for renewel and that there were no extra costs added to the monthly installment. </p> <p> </p> <p>I need urgent attention on this matter.</p>
<p>To whom this concerns,</p> <p> </p> <p>RE: TIME WASTED ON ONLINE BOOKING, ONLINE CALUCULATION ERROR</p> <p> </p> <p>I made two booking with mango since last week using my voyager card.</p> <p>On proceeding to payment option I chose Edgars inputting the correct card details.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am extremely frustrated at the time I wasted calling in on an error message which the booking supervisor could not answer to. I still have not received feedback form guestcare after sending them an email stating my frustration.</p> <p>I was told to make the booking using the Shoprite payment option to secure my booking by the mango advisor.</p> <p>The online booking service is there for convenience – should there be a problem the consultants are readily available to take your call and assist with the issue. In this case it would have taken me less time to drive down the road to the closest Shoprite to make the payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Last week I was dealing with a lady named Patience who was exceptional is sorting my issue out on time and concluded the booking with no extra fuss or wasting any of my time.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I received the worst service by dealing with a consultant that needed to put me through to a higher department to answer for the error in calculation. Had she known the reason or explained to me in the first place, I would not have waisted 15 minutes on my work line.</p> <p> </p> <p>Being an airline that’s always speaks about time and convenience you have certainly placed doubt in my mind on wasting my time and taking me through the inconvenience of my booking.</p> <p> </p> <p>This surely needs a compensation for all the time wasted!</p> <p> </p> <p>Frustrated customer.</p>
<p>My house was burgled into on the 21 July 2016 - at first I had the thought of changing my insurance policy to another company as I was not getting much assistant with my claim through Discovery Insure until I was fianlly assigned to claims consultant Preyalen Moodley. He was such a star from day one of taking over our claim right through to concluding the claim request.</p> <p>Thank you for being so professional and in guiding us through the process. It ws certainly a time of manic but you ensured careful attention to everything.
