UNISA helpline does not help!
Impossible to get a hold of, have been trying for almost two months and when you do, they hang up on you. Extremely disappointed. No one bothers even to answer your emails. UNISA, you can do better!!!!!!!!! Shocking for a South African University!

Not Impressed
I ordered lilac pillowcases and received grey ones instead. I'm disappointed with the customer service that followed as well.

onedealaday no response to order query
Even one star is too much. No response about an order that was placed 19 December. I haven't even recieved a tracking number. They don't answer calls or respond to messages on WhatsApp or Messenger. There is no actual business telephone number. Shocking service.
