Took my car for wash today, they indicated this would take 3 hours, returned after 3 hours, car not washed, still in que, windows open, key in ignition, no supervision. Second time round in a row I have had bad experience, pls avoid if you cherish your vehicle. Contacting my lawyer to open case of negligence against this franchise
Please avoid this insurer, I have yet to experience worse customer experience. Have a car warranty (MotorXtender) policy with them, and don't let their marketing mislead you. On their website they claim they have a 3 day turn around and a 10/10 trust rating from hellopeter. This is just all smoke and mirrors. lodged a claim 2023-08-02, this was the only time a received a call from dotsure (Michiel Kritzinger) to indicate the claim has been lodged and I need to submit some documentation, I indicated to him that the vehicle needs to go back to the repair center for the fault report and pictures required (Gearbox had to be stripped for the picture), i arranged that the same day and vehicle was delivered to repair center. I received the report and pictures on the 14-08-2023 which i forwarded to the email supp**** by dotsure (This is the only way of supplying the detail which is also a shared mailbox and no direct emails to the consultant working on the claim). The next day I received and email that indicated the claim was canceled as the documentation was not received. I then once again opened a new claim and sent the documents again! I phoned again and spoke to Yvonne who asked that I send trough the documentation, i indicated that this was done but then the line dropped, I think they just put the phone down in my ear. The next day I receive an SMS that indicates I have 7 days to submit the documents, I once AGAIN sent the documents and phoned their contact number 044 802 6375, no one was answering! Tried multiple times without success. Next day phoned again and was able to after trying a few times to get hold of Simone. She indicated that all documents were received and that she will send an email to the warranty team to indicate all documents was received and they will make contact. I have still not received a call back from them and also during this time I have not received a single call from the agent who was managing the claim APHIWE KULA. The repair center is now wanting to charge me storage as this is now taking to long. Seems like I will be paying this out of pocket as dotsure has no regard for customer care. ONCE AGAIN, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSURER

So the discount you think you getting is a hoax. Really disappointing Samsung
