Whenever you buy from a new company, there is always the question of "Are they legit or a ****?". I can safely say they are legit and really fast as well. I ordered CATAN Legends of the Sea ******s on Monday and got it on Tuesday. Packaging was firm and secure and product was not a ****. I highly recommend these guys.
MiWay helped me when I was stranded today in a level B heatwave and this was not the first time either. Yes I know I pay them for it but I am still very greatful for their quick response and professionalism both on the phone and the driver today. Thank You MiWay and Thank You Bheki
Never had an issue with MiWay. Always helpful and they have some very nice perks as well. Spoke to Kelebogile this morning and what I appreciate was that she was not in any rush to get me off of the phone
Had an end year function and needed a ride to help me and my car get home. Spoke to Ntokozo Sibeko who was very fast and friendly to assist. Sadly I had to cancel the lift because I was not feeling well and MiWay gave me no trouble about it.
<p>I am a call centre agent for an ISP company and one thing that is very important to us is being honest with clients. It is not always nice and we get yelled at a lot but at least our clients are well informed and they know exactly what is going on.</p> <p> </p> <p>With Takealot it is a different story. They hide behind word like "it SHOULD come today". You know what is bad about that is it tells you nothing. They cannot tell you straight, "Yes, your product is coming" or "No, your product is not coming." That is pretty much it, the rest of the complaint is a venting sessions so feel free to read if you want.</p> <p> </p> <p>On March 3rd at the day of the Swithces launch I was so excited that I made sure I was at work at 7AM just in case the courier might be there early. Obviously this did not happen but I stayed excited and I kept refreshing that tracking order to give me an indication of where my package is. My first disappointment was when the expected date was changed from 3 March to 7 March. I felt like my heart stopped.</p> <p> </p> <p>Luckily Takealot did go on Twitter and Facebook and tell people that it was just a technical glitch and not to worry. As the day carried on I saw them posting on Twitter picutres of the Nintendo Switch in their warehouse and I was so excited. However the hours kept running and the courier was not showing his face and started worrying. By 17:00 I started tweeting and emailing Takealot asking them if my order is coming or not and they basically said "maybe". That is the part the erked me the most but one of their messages gave me some hope that it will so I decided to be patient.</p> <p> </p> <p>In order to make sure that I do not miss the order I went to the security guards and told them I am expecting an order and I even sat on a colleagues seat so I can keep an direct eye on the door. With every passing minute I started feeling more and more bummed out that I am not gonna get my Switch and honestly started feeling angry and depressed at the same time. I have been excited for months, I only got 3 hours of sleep the previous evening because I am so excited.</p> <p> </p> <p>They never came. By 19:00 I really started accepting that I am not getting it but then an update came through on their website saying the Switch is on its way and I started feeling excited again. Slowly but surely that excitement also died when they never came. At 22:00 I had to close the office doors, I sat in my car for 45min hoping that maybe they will still come but eventually I just got so angry that I decided to leave. I figured they are not coming this time and I was not wrong. All the while all my friends are enjoying their new consoles and sending me pictures of how awesome it is. It was torture.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never use Takealot again.</p>

The same day I ordered this product from them I also ordered a mini tool kit for taking apart handhelds on bidorbuy that also needed to be imported from China. I received that product a month. When I email chinabuy I get some poor response 2-3 days later telling me my product is still on the way. When I check the status it keep jumping being "Quility Control" and "Shipping Process". They cannot tell me where it is, they cannot tell me when it is coming and personally I have given up. Counting my losses and moving on. Do not use them, they are frauds and I really wish there were more ways to make people aware of them because I am quite angry.</p>
