Pick up problem with my cars evaporator, MB quoted me a crazy price to fix it. Then came in Coolco, with immediate assistance, quote and repair at a much better price. My aircon is working like a charm, Thanks for great service at a great price !!
Been trying contact Telkom via email, customer care number 10210 for days without success. I get into the App (IOS) but it has no data on my account except amount owing. All I would like to do is buy Topup data it just seems impossible as Telkom has apparently changed the old website and the new one does not work.
Been with outsurance for 11 years, after receiving a premium increase (again). Did some checking and got the exact same insurance for 20% less.
Got a call on my telkom line ? from Vodacom asking for my ID nr..........which I refused. when I asked what the call was about,......... it's about your account. what about my account......then again she wanted my ID etc, refused again ........she simply put the phone down. Nice
I constantly get sms's to say my data bundle has depleted and I need to buy data, but still have sufficient data. It irritates me like hell. Don't choose vodacom these sms's come through on a daily basis especially at the end of the month. Really annoying, are you doing that bad that you need to resort to lies to get people to buy data ?????? Not cool !!!!
<p>My daughter studied at Stellenbosch went into a flat and got a landline to get internet.</p> <p>Major mission to get the landline installed but got thst done some weeks after the deposit was paid Feb 2015.</p> <p>Completed her studies in Nov 2015, went to Telkom cancelled her account, gave all the details they needed for final account etc.</p> <p>The next 10 months she tried to get back her initial deposit on numerous occassions ( at least 8 times at different points of service - each time being promised that it would be finalised ..........yet to no avail</p> <p>Must be by far worst company in SA today ! That is what happens when you have no competition !!!!!!!</p>
<p>Engaged in a new Vehicle insurance policy, has great telephonic service but terrible follow up with detail on the policy that needed to be corrected twice</p>
