Nontibeko from bromhif pick n pay has a bad aatitude. Throws people's card on counter and they fall on the floor. Doesn't even apologise while she's playing with he phone at the till.
It's been over a month trying to get assistance from old mutual and no1 is coming back to me. Is this a way off holding peoples in your business.
Called Eskom and spoke to Marylin she gave me a reference number. Called later spoke to Naledi who said technicians will call me. Called again spoke to Fefe who had no idea who declined the 1st report. So much for our service provider that we pay monthly without fail
Third day in a row and all email addresses I get from old mutual consultants are full. Everyone acts surprised when I tell them all emails they gave me are full. Is this a delay so old mutual can keep my funds???

Double debits amd no feedback. Gems happy to debit but ent want to fix. Poor poor service delivery again from government institution.
Mfc is useless they debit your account but can not help you when you enquire
