Feeling ****** by DSV
Going forward I would definitely come here before conducting business with a company. Sent goods of R2000+ with DSV, their driver was ******, no one informed me as their client that this had occured, no one has told me why my goods were at the location and on the day that they were ******, instead I am to read a waybill where it states that I will get R250 should something happen, (i never read this before) +, moreover where u sign on the waybill is right under where one completes their details, not anywhere under these terms & conditions. It's even more saddening that they have insurance and have asked me to complete a form and state what I have lost and the amounts... I am in disbelief that there are companies that still act like they are the only ones that exist, I feel ******.....

Kauai Walmer Park managers must rather lose a customet for life!
Not in a million years I thought I could get bad service from a Walmer Park Mall Kauai. I placed an order online specified 1 was for pick up 1 was for a sit in. Upon my arrival they brought everything to the table which I ask the waiter to pls yake tje 1 for pic up to someone that was waiting by the door(was with a child and all food on the table), waitress responded "not a problem mem let me ask my manager" manager came and said she can't allow hger, they r busy (we were 2 customers in the store), wow Veronica stood 3 minutes arguing why she can't witj the rest of the staff watching the show. She added "would like me to call headoffice for u" how absurd, where did they find her! I'm having a live training tonight on a Network TV, The man above must help not mention this experience... I was only a customer!!!!!

refusing to give me my money on their faulty shoe
<p>Bought a shoe from Clarks Menlyn, after realized the shoe was faulty within 24hrs of the purchase, they refused to give me my money back.....I was sent from pillar to post, n still didn't win, went to choose another show to find out it was cheaper than the amount spent initially,still they don't want to give my change of R351 in cash. This is really disturbing, n to know that it's the same owner from europa art, preview,n summons makes it worse, u would except some level of intellect with the kind of shoes they have and the prices they charge.....</p>
