An absolute lazy ***** , who physically manhandled myself and threatening to assault me because he and his muppets failed to finish the work to a basic standard . Unbelievable in this day and age the owner himself ( Marvelous ) assaulted me and pushed me around . His work is highly substandard , hack jobs , and wastfull use of materials at my cost . Highly zero recommendation for this **** show !

Their cover conditions states that - Any person that has a positive outcome to Covid has a valid claim for the test costs and that prior “ arrangement “ is made . This was all done on 3 counts . So to argue the fact that all claims were not valid with a pre arrangement when Incompetent staff on MULTIPLE TIMES argued it was not ! still failed and still argued with us . All claims were PRE APPROVED! They have FAILED to capture such , and To do as you are obliged via contract , . a premium which in itself is overpriced for what you actually pay out is scandalous.. In all our time with this hack scheme , we have had a couple of doctors visits and 3covid POSITIVES, as a claim has been a haggling for over a year. It took you almost a year , multiple long phone calls and 20 odd emails to settle the 2other approved claims , so what’s your excuse thandeka ? Once again this is out of your depth . The question is which alleged medical cover haggles over 850 rand and prepares to deny ongoing falsehood of “ no approval “ excuse because they want to save 850 rands . The lengths you have gone despite sending hundreds of emails and it’s evidence. it will be highlighted multiple times on hello Peter to make sure people are 100% sure they are informed exactly how you operate , and who you are nothing but an evasive non payer . One can only shudder on thinking how this ends when you have to go to hospital or worse . Will apear on your site and start to ask to lend tools , his “ guys “ caught stealing equipment “ he is lazy and Totally reliant on his “ guys” who are also in/partially skilled . Also operating as “pool and gutter installers “ and other various names often advertises from plumbing to other various construction services . Advertises on face book and other free sites . Also operating as Zollview technologies installing non compliant electrical or using qualified personnel solar installations. As experienced. He has taken our money and run , courts have ruled in my favour and he is persistent to evade communications and avoid calls . Civil collections are now in progress . He is untrustworthy and I have also reported him to the authorities . Be aware of this guy .
ineptitude ,idiocy ,clueless arrogant . i have made the unfortunate mistake of using the default vehicle loan facility at the car dealership . these fools couldent run a tap let alone an account . even when payments are made on time IN THEIR ACCOUNT that they cant find ,sets a collections phone call of threats and disrespect . they dont read emails they dont respond to emails ,they lie about responding to emails despite me reciting it word for word to them and yet i still have no idea how to get thru the the thick skulls in their offices. i dumped FNB (business ,homeloan and personal)due to similar issues ,and it appears wesbank being the same company hold the same value .
all i can say is im dumb struck . joined miway on 4 july they said "dont worry we will cancel your old insurance at the same time as we connect over to us " lol well that was the worst trusting mistake ever . firstly they never cancelled the outsurance premium so i kept paying for 3 months until i picked it up . they also charged me a monthly premium for the same vehicle . now here is the hard part . try and get someone to answer an email or rectify the problem . let alone take responsibility or come to some refund settlement for their error ,FOR GET ABOUT IT . 3 weeks and not 1 reply despite several emails .
Don’t leave SA and don’t get access to your capitec account , overseas access with ease,????. They will shut your account down on the first transaction and will not open it until you visit a branch . Try phoning them and try to rectify this , even the head office passes you on to another number who then pass you again , my advise stay away from capitec bank , no one cares about you or your bank account -m. Is some one eventually decides to tackle your case , don’t forget there’s a list of requirements below . Archaic , for sure . Shame on you capitec bank - period
Anyone thinking that capitec is worth the change , - I’d defiantly not . The customer service , their problem resolution and systems to rectify are that of yestetyear . This bank is so out of touch with reality my business account infact all my accounts have been shut down due to their ineptitude. Try run a business without a single transaction in it out for 15days ) and still not resolved ) . Their customer experience is plain slack . I urge the CEO TO CONTACT ME AND MAYBE HE/SHE can reinstate my account .?? I’m waiting !day 16 approaching
<p>Have a 2 bedroom unit at phoenix view estate midrand.(6400 monthly)dissapointingly compeg is the managing body corporate. They must be cheap or able to sell ice in winter to get dumb trustees or business back handers.</p> <p>Compeg owns landsec the property management addition.</p> <p>Last year i handed my property over to landsec for a 1 year lease..what a nightmare. I had to chase up monthly rentals every month , wrong overcharged payments and zero service. Landsec would pay comoeg levies late and charged me interst for late payment.first i thought it was a joke but soon learned it was a nightmare.they charge top market rate to manage and wait for it to add, postage fee R 120 a month . Post to who ? Did 1 inspection after i pressed then for it late in the 1 year lease . they then learned there was a list as long as my arm of apparent repairs to which this day still got no idea( around 8k to guess).</p> <p>After them threatening to claim huge sums to exit early i knew i was suckered until lease expiry.come lease expiry they still havent released the deposit back to me and still havent finalised full payment and still haven't finishrd the repairs. This is now 2 months ago. Hand down .. u got to be mad if u want to ask this circus act to manage your property. The ceo + upper management refuse to answer emails and hide behind staff. </p>
