I am very disappointed with the delivery service at GAME I ordered a DVD player on the 2nd of May 2022 and it still hasn’t been delivered. It is now 11 days !!! They don't get back to you on email or telephonically! BAD SERVICE The order no is 1240275280 GAME get back to me..
ZERO SERVICE . IF I COULD GIVE A MINUS STAR RATING I WOULD. Terrible service. Useless responses via telephone, Problems not sorted out! The support has been on the downhill since Webafrica changed to 1-Grid day by day. With the moving of their DATA CENTRE I had problems with all my 10 clients plus emails not working and downtime for days and I had to hang my head in shame because I actually am a Reseller. I am now FED UP with 1-Grids POOR SERVICE even for Resellers I've been trying for a week to get support without any success, they just close my Support Tickets without solving my problem and now I have 3 Tickets for the same issue and they give me the wrong information. My client was using webmail and used HORDE. 1-Grid then decided to take away the HORDE platform without letting me know and now my client cant access her 600 plus contacts on Roundcube. It has just disappeared, and she has to recreate them manually. I get promises that they will call me back regarding this particular issue but they don’t and then just close the Ticket without the problem being resolved. My client is livid and I am a Reseller actually for 1-Grid who will move all my clients to another ISP after this NIGHTMARE! How they maintain to be in business with this level of support surpasses me. THEEE WORST EVER! We are just a small company and now my clients are moving to other ISPs because of the BAD SERVICE I am giving as a RESELLER of 1-Grids DREADFUL TECHNICAL SUPPORT they give me as a RESELLER. They give me a to do email to Import my contacts in OUTLOOK but I have told them for 7 DAYS now we are using webmail.clientdomain name which they always suggest we use when we cant access your mails. I have spoken to TASH and ZUBER KHAN and I cant go up to higher management. Our issue has still not been resolved. Why do I pay for a service that is clearly not happening. My Loyalty is now over. I am now moving all my clients to another ISP. I have had it. I still have not received any feedback and our issue has still not been resolved. Terrible service. I bought a vehicle with an old Netstar device in from 2012 and wanted to have it taken out because I installed another device from Cartrack. They said I must pay a fee to have it taken out which I paid. After 8 days no one has contacted me to remove it. When I contacted Netstar again today they said they must get permission from the previous owner. Fact is she keft SA 2 years ago already and has probably got another email address and tel. How absurd. Its my vehicle and I want this device removed!!!!! I explained telephonically that its draining my battery and I can't jumpstart my vehicle every morning. Their consultants just send me from one to another with excuses. What ever you do DO NOT TAKE OUT A NETSTAR Account, they will send you from pillar to post and one department will just send you to another, so best advice, just rather avoid this company completely. it will save you so much hassle and unnecessary frustration.
I ordered a Fibre installation at my premises and they installed the box about 5m from my Desk. They gave me a form to sign that was illegible and I didn't tick all the satisfied marks. I have phoned them and asked them to move the fibre box to my workstation because I use a Voip phone and the phone must be on my desk., They want to charge me extra to do this. No one who installed the box asked me where I want the fibre box and I am not satisfied with their service. When I phone Mweb I hang on for ages and everyone sends me to another person. This ticket was logged 6 days ago and still no response. Very unhappy client that needs this issue to be resolved.
RNR Projects Quoited me R95 000.00 to build a new bathroom and renovate the old one. I paid R50 000.00 as a deposit to Mr Riaan Cronje of RNR Projects, Rayton, Gauteng. They started the job and only laid a foundation of 3m by 1.7m in 5 weeks and then I told him I don't want to work with them anymore because the were not doing the work properly and they always had excuses. In this 5 weeks there were 3 different site supervisors and they also picked up random guys from the street to come and work at my home. they also used my bricks out of my vegetable garden when they ran out of bricks and never replaced it. They also broke my wheelbarrow. They were utterly unprofessional and I wouldn't even give them 1 star. I have reported them at Accountability. Mr Cronje said he will pay me back R25 000.00 but up to date I haven't received a cent back.
If I could give no stars I would give it. Poor Technical Support and Poor support at the Billing Department as well We paid our account every month and in October 2019 there was a problem with their Server. About 7 of my clients on my Reseller package's websites and emails was down for 2days. The complained so much with my company and some even transferred their domains. I got such poor service. I had top phone them at least 20 times and they dont even have a Toll free number so I had to pay for my telephone costs as well and listen to my clients complain in my ears., After this issue I send them a Support ticket asking them what the implications will be if I downgrade my Reseller package from Medium to Small. I just asked them for advise. When I wanted to go into my Control Panel I saw that they had automatically just downgraded my package. It is now 2 weeks and I am still battling with them to upgrade my package. Worst ISP in South Africa I am telling everyone I know to rather use Afrihost.

I have just got my Telkom account and went through it and saw that I have been billed for a service that I did not sign up for by TRUDON. I recall a rep of Trudon phoned me last year and asked my if I wanted to stay on the White pages and I said NO that I am on Google and people are finding my information on GOOGLE. I definitely said I dont want to subscribe because I want to save costs and see it as an unnecessary bill to pay. I think it is fraud to bill me for something I never singed up for and cancelled. I phoned them but the people at TRUDON have a no care attitude towards my situation They are totally unprofessional and have taken my money without me giving them permission I never signed for anything or telephonically agreed to this. I am disgusted with them
