Not good service
On 2 August ordered and paid for wood to be cut and delivered. I told the assistant that i would need it by 8 August as i had someone coming to do the work for me on 9 August. This morning i called to enquire about the delivery as i had not received the wood yet only to be told that it is scheduled for delivery on 13 August. This is really not what i expected form a company such as Builders.

Bad Food
<p>Pearl S**** Belvedere Road - my wife ordered a chicken wrap and got a wrap with a few thin strips of chicken and a hell if a lot if greenery (see image attached). Couple next to us found a fly in their milk shakes. Bad food and highly overpriced - cheese & tomato sandwich - R75.00. Can get Nandos burger meal for less.</p>

ARROGANT ASSISTANT
<p>Bought some takkies from Shoe City and when i got home the price on the shoe box was R399.95 (which i was charged) but the takkies had a sticker underneath showing R359.95. (see copy of receipt and sticker attached)</p> <p> </p> <p>I called them and was told to bring the receipt and the sticker that was under the takkie and they will refund me the difference. When i went there this morning, an assistant (nor sure of her name, but i think Debra or Debbie - a plump lady) told me that she need the actual takkies as well as the shoe box.</p> <p> </p> <p>I explained to her what i was told by the person when i called. She was rather arrogant and told me that whoever spoke to me was wrong as she (Debbie/ Debra) makes the rules. I told her that that was not very professional and that i was going to post it on facebook. I was then politely told "Do as you wish".</p> <p> </p> <p>Last time i ever purchase from Shoe City.</p>

Terrible food
<p>Went to Debonairs Plumstead this evening and bought 2 x chicken tikka subs @ R36.90 each. When i got home i found the subs to be totally dried out without hardly any chicken on it. My 4 year old daughter asked me "Dad where is the chicken"?. Not even worth R10.00 - will never ever buy from them again. </p>
