I bought a fridge online on the 26 November 2024 it was delivered next day. I was happy with their services and the delivery guys were professional.
I have purchased a bed Sealy Argo on the 02 November 2024. I am disappointed the bed already has a sink hole I had to rotate it already.
The consultant was professional and knew how to resolve my issue without wasting any time
I bought 2 huggies gold jumbo packs. I wrote to huggies about my problem that they are leaking. Kimberley-clark responded and ask me to send pictures barcode and the number they have sent me to write it on a nappy packs. I even attached the proof of purchase. They have just responded that the information provided has discrepancies i must not send any other follow ups because the case is closed. I am not really sure what they mean because i am still sitting with leaking bags of nappies. To take them back to the shop that does not solve the leakage problem
