****! ****! ****! They ask you to deposit money to start trading. They help you make a withdrawal, to make you think it's legit. Then in order for you to trade good money, you need to deposit 500USD. You never see that money again. All kinds of excuses, trying to get you to pay over your Pension Money and promise you that you will get it back the next day. DON'T DO IT !!!!! You will never see your money again !!!!
I was on the phone and explained everything i needed changed on my next order and the lady on the other side of the line was understanding and very friendly. She helped me immediately.
Horrible customer Service. Does not respond back to clients. Does not deliver. Has a 1000 stories of why the package is delayed. Can explain to me why i have to pay more than what is been quoted to me. Parcel is now at their depo for a whole week.
<p>The fact about your refundable deposit at AVIS CAR RENTALS are a lie. Its been 4 weeks and im struggling to get AVIS to pay back my deposit. When you phone their customer care line they simply just dont answer, when you mail them as they ask you too because their line is sooooo very busy, they dont respond. When you phone the Tygervally branch the cant assist. But they are very fast to take your money when you ask for a vehicle. Be carefull as the seem to not care at all about the satisfaction of their customers.</p>
<p>I don't live in Durbanville, But i had a meeting there with a client and needed some goodies from De Ville Mall, i decided to pop in by the Pick n pay.</p> <p>What a Very Excellent choice i made. I had to get food from the hot Food section. The staff was so friendly and helpfull that it did not even take me 5 min, I ordered, They Packed, and i was on my way to the till. </p> <p> </p> <p>Keep up the great work.</p>
<p>After a Sales Consultant had phoned me almost 3 weeks ago, offering me a Free Me Deal - Pulling me away from my work desk and confiming all my details. Having the finance department confirm everything with me. Leading me to believe that all is set and ready - and will be delivered to my premises in approx 7-14 working day's. I have this far not received any ref no, no call back, no dispatch no. Nothing.</p> <p>Phoning Telkom and asking them to see what is the update / Holdup, nobody seems to be able to help at all.</p> <p>Nobody can resolve this or show me in the right direction.</p> <p>Dissapointed in the fact that you await your new phone and contract to find that almost 3 weeks later they don't even know what you are talking about, when phoning them.</p>
