My favorite place to shop is truworths, im and online shopper and enjoy the experience. However my problems stem from their billing system bot updating and calculating correctly I have a 6 month account and if I owed R6000 my installment would be R1000 pm. Zain in the accounts call centre confirmed their system is incorrect and cant update due to arrears off September premium. The supervisor off the accounts team Mustapha was too busy to take a call, I need help to rectify the balance due
false advertising, when there are adverts circulated on social media , stores never have stock. on numerous occassions there were adverts and by 9am no stock in store this is false advertising as no rein check is granted , this is just a gimmick to attract customers to their store
<p>I was given a photoshoot as a gift for my 40th birthday and was happy to use images for life as i had been to them a few years back and they offered a proffesional service .</p> <p>Unfortunately this time around I was very unhappy as i was asked at the viewing for a 30% deposit that I was unaware of. I completed a debit order form, when I got to work on the 26th of september I confirmed their banking details, paid in R1000 opposed to the debit of R825 and forwarded the proof of payment</p> <p>I requested that debit order not be actioned as payment was made , nut my account has since been debited</p> <p>will definately not be recommending them to anyone as i now feel robbed</p>
