Scam company
I took pictures with Images4life June 22 2019 till today I am try to get my pictures with no response from this company, I have tried everything to get my images which I paid a lot of money for but there is absolutely no contact through all their communication handles. Please help me expose this company or help me get my pictures please or my money back.

Fraudsters!
I was tricked by Facebook advert contacted them via email and they called a day or two later explaining their promotion of R495 so I agreed and payed, I told the female I spoke to that I will contact them as soon as I'm ready for the shoot she said OK, a month later now and I am ready for the shoot because I have my t-shirts I had to order for the shoot, I tried contacting them but their line is ringing but no answer, I emailed them but no reply I then went onto their sight and it's showing they are offline, I Google them and it shows they are no longer situated in morning side! I'm so angry!!! I urge anyone NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FRAUDSTERS!!! I HOPE SOMETHING GETS DONE ABOUT THIS IT'S NOT RIGHT AT ALL!!!

Misleading photography
on the 25 August 2018 i attended the mama magic show in Durban exhibition Center and we was referred to what seemed at the time an very exclusive photography company called "images 4 life"so my family and was quite attracted to the presentation by the company so we decided to go for a photo shoot on the 29th of September 2018 before finalizing the shoot you spoke to a consultant called "Wendy" who assisted me with a promotional booking at a cost of R495 i was assured by the consultant that there was no other cost involved telepathically. so we went to their offices in over-port Durban we did our family photo shoot once the shoot was completed we were told to go to a viewing room with the viewing consultant she then advise to select our photos . once i made a selection she then advise that there are different packages with different price which came at an additional cost,so now i became very concerned cause i already paid R495 and i was guaranteed that there was no additional cost. the viewing consultant says that this is not the case and i was supposed to read my contract,however no contract was sent to me even after making a payment of R495 . so i went on to enquire about the packages she explained that for 10 images loaded on a USB would cost me R2500 and depending on which packages you select the price can range from R2500 up to R12000 ,when i asked what about the R495 i paid she said that was just to book the shoot ,make up and 2 free digital images and a session with a viewing consultant. i am extreamly dispointed with the service of this organisation from the point of contact up paying R495 for god know what until we went for our photo shoot only to find out for "10 PICS " its going to cost me R2500 when i contacted the offices to inquire to speak to the consultant(WENDY) i was told by the viewing consultant that the person who spoke to me is not available and she does not know when she will be in,so i requested sends me my 2 free photo which i paid for she said she will do so without asking me which photos to select ,when i asked her how will they know which pics to send i was told that they will use they own "discretion" this is not the way to treat customers and i felt as if i was mislead into believing my photo shoot was going to cost me R495 please be view carefull if ever you decide to use this photography company and i will lodge a formal complaint with the mama magic expo to investigate into whether people are being mislead !

Wife was tricked by facebook advert, booked appointment and was promised certain things, however when got there did shoot, they did not hold up to end of deal, said where is the proof? and conveniently the lady that did the deal was not in. Now we where left with choosing crazy package deals only way to get our pics. Wife has now paid for the complete package and still not recieved photos. she called in and they said lady is sick will have it done on monday(today). wife calls in today and now they say sorry cant give pics she signed for pics to only be released in september. The only date we where asked for is due date!!!!! The women that work there are shady and just want your money. PATHETIC PLACE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND.

Horrendous Service
Did my Photo shoot in December 2016, and after numerous calls i received my photo book in August 2017, with the package that i had purchased i was entitled to 1 A4 print, to my surprise i received the wrong photo. After complaining i was told i would receive the corrected photo by the end of August, its now October 2017 and i still have not received my complete package. I will never advise anybody to use them ever again.

Horrendous Service
Did my Photo shoot in December 2016, and after numerous calls i received my photo book in August 2017, with the package that i had purchased i was entitled to 1 A4 print, to my surprise i received the wrong photo. <p>They promise you additional photos as their promotion but once you pay they will give what they feel like giving you and not what they promised.</p>

<p>So we booked a 2 hour shoot going on special for R450. After payment we were told it's 20 mins make up 40 mins for the actual shoot and 1 hour for viewing. Extra images can be purchased packages range from R300 .</p> <p> </p> <p>Upon arrival you are expected to leave your kids in the waiting room no matter what their age's are(mine is 4 months old) to have your make up done. Kids can not go with for make up because there are shoots in progress even though the make up room is sealed off. The make up looked like a toddler drew on my face with crayons.</p> <p> </p> <p>The photographer however had excellent people s****s. We then proceeded to the viewing room where I made a selection of 20 pics. I was then giving the pricing list for the 20 images I wanted and I got the shock of my life.</p> <p> </p> <p>They were R3000 for 20 pics on a disc. Or I could have 12 printed for R2000. I wonder if these pics are being printed on gold paper. They then try to force you to sign a contract with them pending your account details. And should your debit order not go through you are liable for a fee of R400.</p>

Very disapointed
<p>I was given a photoshoot as a gift for my 40th birthday and was happy to use images for life as i had been to them a few years back and they offered a proffesional service .</p> <p>Unfortunately this time around I was very unhappy as i was asked at the viewing for a 30% deposit that I was unaware of. I completed a debit order form, when I got to work on the 26th of september I confirmed their banking details, paid in R1000 opposed to the debit of R825 and forwarded the proof of payment</p> <p>I requested that debit order not be actioned as payment was made , nut my account has since been debited</p> <p>will definately not be recommending them to anyone as i now feel robbed</p>
