They sold me a faulty DVR device on the 3rd of January 2023 at Amanzimtoti branch, they didn't exchange it regardless of informing them within 7 days after buying it, they took it for repairs and they expecting me to have a repaired new device. I'm tired of following up, today 31 January 2023, no device, no exchange, no refund , no feedback, they are just horrible.
My payments are up to date and my account is suspended, I phoned and the consultant couldn't help me because their system is slow and I must phone back again later, pathetic.
Phoned three times in July requesting a downgrade for August from the premium account to compact and the agents can't assist me because they have system problems but they were very much able to deduct money whilst they can't assist with a downgrade.
I bought a house and I was only relevant to them during the preparation and signing of documents. After the house registration the seller refused to move out of the house and the agent said I must contact the conveyors and the conveyors sent me back to the agent. So I was just sent back and forth until one of the attorneys said they will try and assist me and they will call me back, up to this day no one has phoned me.
Bought a house in Paarl and was told by the Agent to contact the conveyances with regards to getting access to the house and contact the seller for the keys, conveyances now sending me back to the agent and the seller is still occupying the house. It just ridiculous.
I drove all the way from Paarl to Somerset Mall to pick up my number at the Sportsmans Warehouse for the Spar Race and they had no idea what I was talking about, now I have no idea where or how am I going to get my number.
I bought an Alien scent thinking it R1270 because the price on the box is R1270 only to discover that I was actually charged R1420 on the till slip.
I bought the bed in Paarl in the morning and the lady from the shop said it will be delivered before the end of the day. I waited the whole day, they didn't even bother to call and say they are experiencing problems. I'm so disappointed.
<p>My tenant went to Umkomass Police station in KZN to report theft of electricity cable that was stolen in her presence but Mr Logan Naidoo advised her to request me to report the case whilst I’m in Cape town and was not in present when it all happened. She had to return to the Police station for the second time to ask for assistance since Police in Cape town refused to open the case.</p> <p> </p>
<p>I've been calling Selldirect to get assistance with my sim activation and the phone keeps ringing and no answer. I now want to return their router because it no use to me.</p>
