Still no response to personal account opened on October! Business account still not resolved, went into bank with limited time I had and got a new card.... 30min in bank to get card and activate it. Only to try and use it later that day... And it's not working...
Back to back issues with this bank, opened a new personal account, still waiting for card! went to bank they make you wait.... only to say card still with courier from 25th October 2024!!! Today buisness card had 2 transactions that where not mine. they said they have to suspend card, but i can transact via app. Now account is locked, cannot use app or online!!!
besides the 1 short cartridge, I asked if these are the right cartridges for my printer and was told yes....still 1 short I said let me just load these 3 for now and I can use it. None of the toners work.....all incompatible. I am then told theres no way of knowing which printer will accept these toners and which will not. Refund will take 30days
I have never experienced such bad service from a courier company before. Bid or Buy uses them as courier of choice and we use them. Sold item to client and booked delivery through BOB with rams. To date package not picked up! and not a person can tell me whats happeneing! Driver leaves notes sales seller not available or no one at premises, which is untrue there is always someone there. Last when i called they said driver tried after 6pm and seems we where closed by then. I said its a residential address and not business address. Which means we where definetly there. Made around 10 calls and still at a complete loss. Client, which her first time buying from me... says it looks like a ****!!! This company is not worth doing business with. They will cost you your time, money and reputation
Zoom fibre support line does not work… friday 8 march took me 30min and about 40 re-dials to get through …. Today took 20min and still not through…. Only technical support line will say we have a problem and cuts your call Internet down again
Shady insurance company, Client of theirs met an accident with me. Their client admitted that he is at fault and told his insurance just that. However they are saying claim denied. Their client again called and stated it is his fault and they should sort my vehicle out. However they still refuse! Agent i dealt with was beyond *********** and multiple issues dealing with them. Agent name Hendrick Lukhele. Claim was put in 30 Nov 2023, 10 January 2023 is the only date we got any form of information from him. I called numerous times through Nov and Dec and was told he was always on a call, and would get back to me, He never called back once. My latest call to him was on 8 Jan managed to speak to him and his excuse was , he was on leave from 14 Dec hence could not speak to me. Hendrick should have handed this claim over to another agent, instead of just letting it sit. He called on 10 Jan to say claim denied. Letter came after that with false information, which did not match with any statement, drawing supp**** or the police report. This company looks like it just does not want to pay! and puts false information in official documents!
This company is a joke, no correspondence from them, have to keep making calls. They will tell you someone will call you before close of business and it never happens. Stay away from this company.
Unable to make international payment, bank keeps blocking payment. This is not unusual activity as i make international payments a few times every year. Chat facility on mobile app is useless, Telephone help, nobody answers, still on call for 35mins and no answer. This is my second call for the day so far. First was 20min.
Requested quote for a large order(Tender), Rep was Fernando Duarte. provided spec required. Then required the actual tender docs sent to him. He provided quote for wrong product, when i asked about it...... Then responds "Please ignore the previous quote sent through. We are unable to assist with Tenders"
Yet another day without fibre! Telephone support has no clue when it will be back. Constant slow speeds and down time from this company ..,, I need a rebate !!!
