Cant imagine the if service could be anymore pathetic, couriers where supposed to pick up a parcel from me, whilst tracking the progress, it shows that the sender was not ready such a joke that when you call them they give you rubbish explanations. Next day they call you to notify you that the package will be collected between a specific time and again its a no show. Cant believe that companies like this operate without any regards for other people's time.
Absolutely shocked that i signed up for a fibre contract in march 2021, still no fibre in August, and then when i see an advert for prices cheaper from vodacom thinking my prices will be dropped to suit, i have been told that the prices cannot be changed and i should rather cancel or accept the terms. Seems like its normal business to rob customers due to the fact that it takes forever to get anything done at Vodacom.
Absolutely shocked at the slow progress of going live in the Effingham heights / Avoca zone 1 area. The road has been partially live for 2 months and when the end date which was supposedly end of June came it moved to end of July, now it has suddenly moved to end of September.
After signing an order to use vodacom as my ISP it's been 2 months and no feedback, everytime I call the fibre support no. I get told different stories, it's been 3 months and still no fibre yet my area is live
When it comes to customer satisfaction, Domino's Pizza take the top prize for being one of the worst international organisation that thinks South African customers are just mere sheep who forgets about terrible service and very poor customer management.

Did my Photo shoot in December 2016, and after numerous calls i received my photo book in August 2017, with the package that i had purchased i was entitled to 1 A4 print, to my surprise i received the wrong photo. After complaining i was told i would receive the corrected photo by the end of August, its now October 2017 and i still have not received my complete package. I will never advise anybody to use them ever again.
