The customer service representative was informative, friendly and we had many laughs during our call. She explained the policy to me in layman terms which made it easy to understand. She also used some everyday day examples which made the whole process relatable and easy to get through. Thanks for the good work Outsurance !
The worst service provider I have ever worked with. Marked me as a pay payer in the amount of R9000 on my credit record. I cant get credit for ANYTHING for the past year and the issue was all their fault. I do not owe you R9000 nor was I a bad payer. The issue was with them. Now to try and clear my name and amend my credit score is a disaster. It is always someone else's problem and no one can assist me. I will never use Vodacom for anything ever again and I regret ever appointing them as my service provider. They have negatively impacted my entire life for over a year now. Disgusting service!
<p>Really awesome place with awesome food. It was just a pity that the manager landed up being so obnoxious. We went in full force for the two for one specials, starting off with some bacon poppers and then some burgers. It was both shocking and disappointing when we revived the bill only to find out they had charged us R60 extra for bacon on our chili poppers when nowhere was it advertised that you would be charged extra on BOTH your options. When the manager was confronted, his response was " oh, you thought it was on the house?" Needless to say, yes I did assume that one of them would be on the house as that how it's advertised. I certainly hope no one with a legal background comes across the flaw of this false advertising as I can only assume it would result in a very expensive outcome. To top it off, we were charged for an extra burger and no apology after it was rectified. Reading through the reviews, looks as if management needs to be managed better or perhaps take a few tips from Banana Jam Cafe
<p>I received a SMS yesterday at 3:31pm saying that money had been deposited into my FNB account, I still haven't received payment. Why is it taking so long and surely you can do something to speed up this process </p>
