While I believe in following the correct channels that each organisation puts in place before going off and causing unnecessary disruption, this can only work if the said organisation has responsive and effective channels. Id add accountability but that would be me pushing it. Few months ago, I had an issue with the geyser, called the insurer BetterSure Financial Consultants and I was advised it’s a small issue and the excess and 1 hour labour should cover the damage, advised the contractor that although the issue now seems fixed, there’s a sound I’m not fami**** with which was not there prior to them fixing. Fast forward, with the recent rains etc, the gate motor was affected, again, I logged a claim, followed up three times and to date (14 days later) the issue has not been resolved, despite being advised the claim was approved. Fast forward, that sound? Turns out to be a geyser pipe issue and now has started leaking and messed up the ceiling amongst other things. BetterSure Financial Consultants is nowhere to be found, emergency line? I’m told it’s outside of their working hours… surely there has to be a better way of dealing with this…Regard Budler Christo Stoman at some point you need to stop taking your customers for a ride. Worst service ever, I wouldn’t recommend. Two hours waiting to register a claim.
Never setting foot here again, ****** manager talking down on black people, worse disrespecting women talking about how he makes decisions as to who gets to sit there and who doesn’t.
I’m being billed for usage and I don’t even have a router. It’s been 14 days and I can’t even work because stupid mweb won’t communicate nor have a functional CRM process. This was the worst decision I’ve ever made, please refund me my money and cancel this ****
My luggage bag was mishandled and damaged, two months later after having filled the long forms FlySaFair still has replaced my goods nor have they communicated with me.
Have business cover with Outsurance,submitted a claim in July, car was taken to Galliga Auto Repairs. When the vehicle was taken it it could start and drive, now the repairs are done and the vehicle doesn’t start nor idle, this is a business vehicle meaning my income has been negatively impacted for two full months of back and forth. Now the auto body is making the failure to start my problem, regardless of the fact that they took it while it was moving
Day three and I am still waiting for my refund, for a debit order that shouldn’t have been deducted. This is the worst service ever.
Really wish I had read the reviews here before ordering from these scammers. After weeks of waiting and being ignored they refuse to refund my money and they still haven’t delivered my couch. Do yourself a favour and never order from these people.
Paid up my loan account in March 2020, however no update was done and this account still shows on my credit profile. THREE MONTHS LATER!! I spoke to their complaints department who referred me to the collections department, spoke to Shaik who confirmed that my account is paid up and is in actual fact in advance, requested my banking details for a refund since I had overpaid the account but because this took three months, there was interest which incurred which means the refund due to me has decreased which is nonsensical because they have all my details and should have called me to obtain my details for a refund as soon as it became due to me. Was told a paid up letter and a refund would processed on the 07th of July 2020, to date none of this has happened.
I sent numerous email to cancel this ****ty sim, I was told my account is in arrears and I had to make payments even after having this device off for a month, cool, I make payment and I am told all is well RAM will come pick it up. Today another payments goes off my account and the device has been off for two months now. What the hell is wrong with RAIN.
