On the 19th Aug 2025 I requested a quotation from this company to move my furniture to another house. I received the quote at 15:23, and later that same day (19:20), I received a very unprofessional and lengthy WhatsApp message from them (see attached screenshot). Instead of a polite follow-up such as “Hello ma’am, I’m following up regarding the quotation,” the message came across as rude, desperate for money, and unprofessional in tone. It left me feeling uncomfortable as a potential client. Professionalism and respectful communication is very important when dealing with customers, and unfortunately, this company fell short in this regard. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve the way they communicate with clients in future.
I had an excellent experience at VFS when applying for my Greece visa. The staff member (LIYEMA) who assisted me on December 3rd was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. She made the application process smooth and stress-free by answering all my questions with professionalism and a warm demeanor. I was amazed by the efficiency, as my visa was approved by December 7th and ready to be sent via courier. I deeply appreciate the outstanding customer service and highly recommend VFS to anyone applying for a visa
Zero rating for this Airline!!, on the 23rd Nov 2023, I flew from O.R Tambo International Airport to Istanbul, asked the check in counter at O.R Tambo to send my luggage straight to my final destination (Istanbul Airport), upon my arrival Istanbul my bags were no where to be seen , was given reference no. (ISTE25678 ) and bag tag numbers(9071 ETI9031, 9071 ETI90296.... spent the whole duration of my trip without my luggage ( 2 suitcaces) from the 23rd to the 30th Nov 2023. I NEED MY BAGS DELIVERED TO THE PORT ELIZABETH AIRPORT URGENTLY!!!!!
Zero rating,flew from Johannesburg to Istanbul on the 23rd Nov 2023, my luggage was never sent to my final destination ( Istanbul) .2 suitcases full of clothes..travelled for the whole week without clothes and no one gives a **** ay Ethiopian Airlines ..left a complaint..and filled in a form and no one cared!!!!!!!

On the 20th June 2019 I made a payment of R5912.95 and sent proof of payment to Active Transport , I was liasing with Leah Erasmus via email (admin@activetransport) and also telephonically. We agreed that their company will collect my furniture from Paulshof (Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth no later than the 27th June.On the 21st i received an email from Leah stating that she spoke to the Transport Manager and they will not be able to assist with my move to PE.They don't have a part load for the next 2 weeks or so going to P.E....meaning they cant give me a definite date of delivery.We spoke telephonic-ally and she agreed to deposit the money in my account.Sent my banking details , followed up for payment was told stories about "bosses who were in Namibia" ...sent numerous emails and haven't heard from them. I WANT MY MONEY !!!!!
I paid money (R1978.63) for my daughter's stationery on the 23rd December to be delivered at her school in January. We were asked to use reference number GBSJPO-Olo. Parents received and email from school apologizing on behalf of Waltons for delays in deliveries and they asked us to follow up with some ********** Cell: ********** I've been sending emails and calling this Lynette and not getting any feedback from her.Today is the 1st February and my 5 year old daughter hasn't received her stationery& i finally got hold of her this morning ..while I was explaining my story to her she ..she said sha hant received emails and to decided put the phone on the side..this Lynette person is incompetent & rude.Luckily for me her colleague named Zintle took the phone and calmly listened to my query and asked me to forward the details to her email address .At the moment I'm waiting for her to revert back to me.I must say im not happy with the service I received from Bidvest Waltons.I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND your Germiston branch. WHAT A PATHETIC SERVICE
