I submitted a withdrawal request of $242...$242 and was only informed that I now needed to provide documentation proving deposits... I submitted the very same documents I was asked to submit months ago when I did the deposits and were accepted without issue. Specifically, a statement from the bank, something I have already provided with a detailed breakdown of every line item, matching it up to their system's deposit code to make things easier and also show that every deposit is accounted for. Not only that, they have asked for proof of deposits I made via crypto. They are now saying that this is not enough proof and that I need to show it on my bank statement. Why request by specifically naming the required information (wallet address, transaction ID, etc) if you are just going to come back and ask for a bank statement that is not relevant to the transaction in any way, shape or form!!!!
Our property was broken into the 26th Jul and a week later on the 4 Aug. Repairs were done to our garage door 3 weeks later during which time we had to secure it ourselves to avoid any further attempts. Contractors eventually came out, replaced the motor and "fixed" the door. However, the doors now stop opening 1/3 the way and the door still does not close properly. The contractors returned, after many phones calls to the broker. Now they're saying that the door needs to be replaced and will submit a new claim to Santam. It's been another 3 weeks and still no progress! Some of my tools were also ****** during the first break-in. 6 weeks have passed and they haven't even made a decision on the claim yet which was part of the same claim as the garage doors! 6 WEEKS and I've been emailing and calling my broker every few days to follow up. As for the second break-in, contractors came out, took measurements, etc, etc but 5 WEEKS later and no repairs have been done!
Bought a refurb unit on Fri 15 Sep. Only received it 21st bec they don't carry stock in CT...seriously!? Unit came with 22% charge??? Charged, checked, tested everything with and without load and everything looked good so set it up in it's permanent position. After 3 days of no load the battery was down to 25%? Checked all cables, etc wouldn't charge. Contacted support a few times until someone finally agreed that it needed to come back to be checked. What was funny is that they wasted so much time asking stupid questions and even requesting phot and video proof of a dead unit :-D My unit was collected eventually and returned to JHB which took 5 days via courier. They can only send my replacement unit after it has been checked which is absolute BS. I am still without a unit and will likely only receive it another 5 days from now if I'm lucky. Should this unit fail in any way shape or form, I will be taking them to court and any other options available to me. Absolutely disgusting support and service for a very well known brand. The first time I opted not to buy on Takealot. I could have gotten a new unit with same day delivery and 100x better return policy for an extra R900 :-(
Order 3 items, 2 were 2-3 days and the other 5 days. Expected delivery 11th June. No problem. Today I get an email to say that my delivery has been delayed till the 21st! an additional TEN days!!!!!!!! What kind of service is this that you notify me the day before delivery that IO now have to wait another TEN days?
I ordered a generator thru TL because of their 30 day no hassle exchange/return policy which this generator specifically listed. Nowhere in the ad or during the purchase process does it state anywhere that it is not returnable once oil and petrol are added. Please tell me how am I supposed to even see if it works, does what it claims, is too noisy or whatever without adding oil and petrol to use the damn thing?!!!!! If this is the case, you can come collect it because I am not prepared to sit with a R13 000 machine I am not happy with! Thanks PS. I would update all and any ads that have this stipulations and warn customers ahead of time instead of wasting our time.
I returned a charger pack which was faulty. Return was processed and a replacement ordered. My first order was received in TWO days. My replacement order was placed on the 28th, expected delivery 18 May...that's TWENTY ^%$#@ days!!!!! What makes it even worse is that the supplier is PnP. I could literally walk to my PnP and buy one right now!!!!!!!
I have 4 items I'd like to order but some are in JHB. and two ar eNext day delivery. Now I have to wait for all items to be delivered before I can collect......dumb!. I'm not going to order separately jsut so that I can get those items tom and pay double shipping
What's the use of giving purchasers the ability to review the product they bought when you're just going to reject the review!!! If the product was unsatisfactory then dump the product and save customers the hassle of buying something they're likely to return. That's why we read reviews...to make a better informed decision on our purchase 99% of my reviews have being rejected over the stupidest reason, sometimes that's not even listed and I need to go read the guidelines :-( Useless
Paid for overnight/next day delivery bec I needed the item ASPA to continue work. Received my item, great. Problem is that it's defective so I logged a return/ replacement first thing this am. My issue is that my replacement is only scheduled to arrive in THREE days time!
Bought a 350/350MB 180 day data bundle at 12:50 and did a google search and switched off my data as I always do. Literally 10 mins later I get an sms update that I have 326mb left! HTF is that even possible. I've bought this and other packages for the past few years now and NEVER have I received an sms update this quickly or ever used that much data that quickly. I've always used a firewall to block ost of my applications from using mobile daata and have wifi access only. So what happened to my 24MB TELKOM!??????
