<p>My kind het n ongeluk gehaat die week ons kon nie ons bespreking nakom nie en het reeds in Mei maand klaar by. My suster het in my plek gegaan toe sy daar kom toe moet sy nog R700 inbetaal nadat ek die oggend gebel het en dit aan hulle deurgegee het . Daar is niks gese van n ekstra bedrag nie. Ek dink dit bitter onregverdig my kind is in hospitaal het nie begroot op ekstra koste nie. Hulle ook nie bereid om te verstaan nie. Ek was onder die indruk dis n gesins plek . Dink dis pateties. Sal nooit weer by Atkv bespreek nie. </p>
<p>We bought tickets on computicket not to stand lines and now we have to upgrade and go stand in other lines and my kids is not allowed to ride the rides they whant. This is not acceptible . As we already paid for tickets had an issue at compiticket at benoni here the same nonsens. I really had it with south Africa .</p>
<p>Did sims swops yesterday the call center is rude. After I was on phone since 8 this morning I need my phone. Ref they gave me is73628 this os not acceptible as I need to use my phone now I have to wade 4 days because of thesre stupidy. I need my phone today. The mtn shops are great and try to help mtn direct does not want to help you and been holding since 8 this morning. Did not ask for sim swop but this phone only work with nanno. It been more than 24 hours already. Terribly ****ed off.</p>
<p>My daughter had a bad knee acident in may they refuse to pay the wronm brace. It was given in hospital and did not asked for it. So it should be coverd in hospital plan. Been struggeling 3 months physio cost me more than R9000 rand. It is for goldings they are the service provider. I will not pay it as my medical aid cost me a fortune and that is why I have a medical aid for accients. This is not acceprible. They had free warning I had enough now. </p>
