Homechoice - Really bad service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I bought an item from Homechoice in October. I was not happy with the item so I decided to return it. After I spoke to them and received a reference number I decided to return to parcel via postnet. After numerous emails and phone calls I'm still waiting for them to refund me. According to them they never received the parcel...... I've got proof where Homechoice signed for the parcel, but according to them they never received it. I'm sick and tired of asking and begging for my credit. What must I do...... not pay them??????????????????????

<p>I am really disappointed with your Huggies Dry Comfort nappies.</p> <p> </p> <p>The last 2 months my daughter is wetting the bed, because the nappy doesn’t hold her urine were previously this was not the case!</p> <p> </p> <p>I was always a loyal Huggies users, but I am sorry to say I am going to change to another brand.</p> <p> </p> <p>You seriously need to look into the problem!!!</p>
