UIF Declarations
If you are lucky enough to find yourself in a position supplied by Workforce, please register on the Ufiling app and check if they do infact declare your UIF. Ive been struggeling for 3 months now just to claim UIF after an EOC. I cant claim because they did not declare me.

Poor Hygiene
Today I visited your Secunda branch to get a bank stamp to state that I do not bank with you for school subsidy purposes. I was shown to the transaction area where I had to wait for assistance. The assistant on duty pulled down her mask and PICKED HER NOSE!! Before assisting me. Not sanitising her hands afterwards before she called me. That is absolutely disgusting even before the COVID-19 pandemic, now It is even worse. This lady handled all my paperwork with her FILTHY hands. If I get sick with this COVID 19 virus in the next two weeks as a result of BAD HYGIENE I WILL take it further. Please re-educate your staff!!!

Renewal of Licence Card
<p>Can someone please tell me why the June 2017 licence cards can be picked up at the branch but not the May 2017 month ones? What is the hold up?!</p>

No RICA'd sim cards
<p>So this is the second time i have purchased simcards at your store in Secunda situated in the 5star complex.</p> <p>And yet again it has not been RICA’d? So how do you expect me to use this?! So fed up with people not doing their work that they get PAID TO DO!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I WILL NOT AGAIN BUY ANY CELLULAR PRODUCTS FROM THIS USEKLESS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>

Telemarketers gone crazy
<p>7 calls in one morning from a telemarketing group is really uncalled for. I did answer 2 of them and told them that I do not have a car or a home to insure and that I do not want insurance. I mean after all I am unemployed also who is going to pay for all that? </p>
