What a complete let down after being with MTN FOR 12+ YEARS! Utterly disappointed in the manner in which MTN handles fraud! If someone hacks your account through a process of pretending to be customer service directly from MTN and gains access to all your accounts just because you confirmed a pin! MTN refuses to provide any assistance yet does not warn consumers about the potential fraud like other companies do! DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED with MTN and how they handle situations. Would much rather go to other companies who actually provide support!
I joined the gym on promises given by a pushy sales representative, only to be at a gym with bad customer service and when I asked to cancel my contract after being told they would help me with a change over of ownership, to be treated rudely, told its my problem either pay cancellation fee or carry on and then told to come back in the new year as he wasn't able to help me then, I then go back in the new year to be ignored for 45 minutes after which I left without being helped. Now all I want is to get out of my contract from the rude staff
When you get Diamonds & pearls to make you a engagement/wedding ring, after which alterations need to be done twice (since they did a horrible job the first time)... only to have your diamond fall out of the ring with no effort only after at most 2 months later after getting your ring back, when surely a diamond shouldn't just be able to fall out with no force or pressure to the ring what so ever.. absolutely terrible workmanship
<p>Dear MTN </p> <p>Thanks for stealing data from us, how is it possible for someone to use a gig of data to download 2 emails with no attachments? In less than 5 minutes? And that isnt even the only problem!!!! Absolutely pathetic </p> <p>Can't wait to change away from this useless network </p>
