Please be carefull and stay away from using Ghina van Heerden from Origin Group of Properties. We moved to Plettenberg Bay and Ghina approached us to either sell or rent our house out,we opted to rent the house out. While we in Plett Ghina then sent us a application for a tenant..we looked at it and agreed to a 12 month rent. Documents was for a s.a resident. Once tenants moved in i then went to jhb to move some of our stuf from the house. Meeting the tenant i noticed that Ghina sent us *****ulent documents, and the tenant was a foreigner and not the person as stated on the documents sent by Ghina. I had numerous calls and even had a meeting with Ghina and her boss Ali regarding the situation as we wanted the tenants to move out. To no avail they **** and said they will assist with the termination of the contract. Tenants are still in the house as the contract does not allow us to evict them. Please be carefull when dealing with Ghina or the Company
We used Mega Shift Logistics to transport our furniture from jhb to Plettenberg Bay .Furniture arrived 7 March 2025 with our fridge full of dents and our wooded dining table broken in half. While the megashift staff offloaded the goods we noticed that the table was standing on floor of the truck with furniture from another client on top of the table..the staff then appologied saying that the table was not loaded correct and the fridge had bycicles loaded around the fridge which the wheels now dented the fridge all over. We contacted the office sent the pictures of dented and broken goods.. till now we have had no response the lady in the office named Thembesile has been giving us the run around..then a gentleman called Albert sent a e-mail stating that the road was bad on the day therefore they cannot be responsible. But he did not know that his driver told us the truth. That company has no integrity to take responsibilty for their mistakes and full of lies and what makes it worse when we call the office either Albert is on leave and there is no one to assist us with the claim. It is now a month later and we have not been assisted. They offered to pay 500 for a table costing R13000..that is a sign of guilt. Please be carefully when considering MegaShift to transport your furnitured. Transport insurance is taken by the client when goods are of a certain amount..damages caused by company negligence the company needs to take responsibility.
The Solar Smart Comapany was used by my mother to install a inverter system with panels. As the house was 3 phase the salesman Joshua then installed a single phase unit which they caused the lights not to switch on after receiving full payment my mother then waited 2 months for the light connection to be made,which she was then charged another R15000 to do the light connection. After doing the conversion to get the lights connected the electrician then switched of the irrigation system which was connected to the same db..After numerous mails sent to the office without a response and contacting the salesman which drops my calls no repairs has been done. They are good at selling products but the service and workmanship is poor.. we regret using them

<p>9 October i ordered furniture from corifcraft Kramerville. I told the sales lady on the day( Thulani) that i will arrange collection on the monday 11 October as she said all furniture is in stock. My driver arrives there the coffee table is there but not the chairs. I am then informed that the chairs will be delivered to my premises. The driver arrives at my premises with shortage of furniture. I then contact Louis the manager at coricraft and says that she will phone me back but not call has been received from her. I phone Thanbang at the Corifcraft Warehouse and till now no one can tell me when the chairs will be delivered. I am naming averyone as the service i have received from the coricraft staff and coricraft shop has been zero and will not ever think of buying anything from coricraft. Chairs still not has been delivered and dont want it anymore. I will cancel my order.</p>
<p>Me and my Wife have been members of Affinity Health for the past 2 years. My daughter was due 2 August 2016, we then contacted Affinityhealth for a hospital pre authorization almost 2 months in advance. After the birth of my daughter no payment has been made to the hospita. I have contacted Affinity Health over 10 times and empty promises of Payment was made. It has now came to a point where the hospital has sent me lawyers letters. The service we have received from affinity health as their clients has been Zero. When asking to speak to a manager you are told the Managers do not have phones.</p>
