<div>I bought the 2014 Mercedes Benz that is currently on the floor (for sale again). This car's odometer has been turned back (I got the dekra report). I had to get lawyers involved to have the car returned. I have reported this to the ombudsman. The car is again on the floor for sale (with the turned back odometer reading). This car has 300 000km on the clock, but is being sold as 148000km. Unbelievable.</div>
Bought a Mercedes, turns out the car has lots of problems. Owner of UJ Motor World is not taking responsibility to get the defects fixed, keeps on blaming others for the faults on the car. Car is costing thousands to get fixed.
Clicks Observatory delivers very bad service. The pharmacist is rude and unprofessional.
Telkom phoned me to upgrade my cellphone contract. I have since been paying R1500 for early upgrade. No one informed me that I was going to pay this, and I had no idea, seeing that Telkom phoned me to tell me it is time to upgrade. I would not have upgraded had I known this.
<p>After months (Since January) of trying to get discovery to pay out a claim, I still have not received anything. </p> <p> </p> <p>Promises are continuously made regarding the payout of this claim, but no one seems to know what the problem is. Every person who phones back says they cant see the problem and the claim should be paid out (Since January). Numerous complaints and phone calls and nothing has been done!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Utterly dissapointed in this service!!</p>

<p>I changed my medical aid plan specifically to be able to cover physiotherapy.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am a runner and have obtained an injury and now discovery is rejecting my physiothe****** consultations. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am very dissapointed as this was the only reason for me changing my cover.</p>
<p>After a huge struggle to get my account for a smart device (fitbit HR) cancelled with FNB (due to a faulty device and them not having anymore in stock) I still have not been refunded for delivery costs as well as installments that went of.</p>
